I had Fuse HVAC come for an inspection visit for my old furnace, and they were extremely honest and professional. As part of their inspection they did a thorough measurement of CO2 and explained the state of my furnace and its efficiency. I had another company come check it and not only the visit was more expensive, they also quoted me for extra services I did not need (rotor cleaning) in addition to duct cleaning. Fuse HVAC did not recommend a rotor cleaning and recommended another contractor for duct cleaning since they don't provide that service. I also had Fuse HVAC do another job related to fixing and replacing the gas exhaust pipe (it was initially too low on the ground and rain caused damage) and I was very satisfied with their service. Also in this case I had another contractor come check the work and they gave me a way higher quote. I definitely recommend Fuse HVAC. read more

Our washer-dryer unit was making a really loud noise. This started over the holidays so I wasn't able to find someone to do the repairs. I went on Thumbtack and connected with Fuse on a Sunday and had a morning appointment with Alex on Tuesday. I really appreciated that I got an email and text confirmation of the appointment. Tuesday morning I got a text message letting me know that Alex was en route. He showed up, reviewed the machine, and within minutes diagnosed the problem. He also had all the parts necessary to make the repair. In less than 45m everything was fixed and Alex even helped me clean the floor before moving the washer back in place. 5 stars for Alex! I decided to have an HVAC system for the whole home, which is 3 stories. It is a complex job for the electrical work that connected the main panel to the new HVAC unit from the garage to the subbasement 2 stories down. It took 5 days, but Michael (from FUSE) did an excellent job. No wires showed inside my home, the outside unit was secured, and holes were plugged. They clean up and vacuum my rug everyday. It looks like there was no major construction. As a full-service company, they will also handle the various rebates I am entitled to. They also replaced my subpanel and this was done on a Sunday. They will also handle the City permit inspections. What more can I say? A full-service company. Finally, their bid was timely and detailed in what they will do and I have a 12-year warranty and semi-annual service calls. Wow! read more

We needed our Goodman furnace replaced and Victor came in to check and assess. He immediately heard our budget and recommended reasonably sound options(not many furnace salesmen do). After going back for about 3 weeks, we finally chose Bryant furnace and technicians: Micheal and Denise came in to do the replacement. My husband and I had many questions and they never hesitated to answer and gave us information that we needed about furnace, the water heater and even offered their suggestions that are suited to our needs. The replacement took one full day as the process was extensive but they never complained. After replacing the furnace, they cleaned out and put everything as where it was and even dusted our pipes!!! He was extremely prompt (arriving right at the start at the appointment window), and quickly able to assess our apartment building's situation. He quickly understood that our garage sub panel wasn't drawing enough power and that our main panel was already fully loaded. He offered a quick estimate for all of the work that would be required to bring the apartment up for level 2 charger install.
