I had Fuse HVAC come for an inspection visit for my old furnace, and they were extremely honest and professional. As part of their inspection they did a thorough measurement of CO2 and explained the state of my furnace and its efficiency. I had another company come check it and not only the visit was more expensive, they also quoted me for extra services I did not need (rotor cleaning) in addition to duct cleaning. Fuse HVAC did not recommend a rotor cleaning and recommended another contractor for duct cleaning since they don't provide that service. I also had Fuse HVAC do another job related to fixing and replacing the gas exhaust pipe (it was initially too low on the ground and rain caused damage) and I was very satisfied with their service. Also in this case I had another contractor come check the work and they gave me a way higher quote. I definitely recommend Fuse HVAC. read more

Great experience with Fuse HVAC! Would definitely recommend them to others. My range hood broke during Covid - and neither my partner, myself, nor my dad could figure out how to fix it. After running out of ideas for asking the handy people in my life, I finally started reaching out to some HVAC / electrical folks. Some people quoted me $150 for diagnostic - crazy! Fuse offered diagnostic of $60 and an appointment later in the week. Very prompt. Stem showed up on time, and took about 15 to 20 minutes to look around before figuring out that the range hood had become disconnected from the electrical socket (it was hidden up in a cupboard, so none of us knew to look there). He re-plugged it in and fixed it immediately! Easy! He charged me the $60 for the diagnostic and said my range hood worked fine and no need to replace or fix anything. Amazing! I was so happy with the service. Would definitely recommend Fuse to others! Prompt, responsive, great service, and Stem is awesome.
