If I could give them a lower score I would. I stood there like an idiot waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when she finally did the worker couldn't get the intercom system to work. They were all behind some elaborate plastic screen. I stood there and kept telling her I couldn't hear her while she fiddled with the intercom trying to get it working and then she looked at me like sorry it won't work. I yelled my order three times what I wanted and nothing. She tried again for the umpteenth time and yelled at me she couldn't hear me, but the funny thing was I could hear her when she yelled. I just turned around and walked out. Don't go there to place your order. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. And NO one seemed interested in helping out that worked there. read more

I like fusabowl because it had Sunday morning rolls and they are so close to my home. I just placed an order for some and a chicken bowl and I wish I had took a photo ! Went here for the first time tonight. The food was pretty tasty and quick.. it's not super authentic or anything, but if you're craving some quick sushi like food this is good. If I could give a zero I would. This place is unorganized and lacks effective customer service skills. I have gone here a couple times hoping that it would be a better experience and it's been the same out come. I made a order online they called to confirm I made two order on purpose and still forgot to make one of my orders. I called to express that I was unhappy and the manager was no help. Pretty much passed all the blame on the computer. Which I could understand if you didn't first call to confirm BOTH of my orders. Lesson learned I won't be back. Don't eat here!!! read more

Picked up sushi here because I got a buy-one-get-one-free coupon in the mail. I'm a girl who could eat sushi every single day and be very happy about it, so I was eager to try a new lunch place by work. For tri-county (and the price), this sushi is decent enough. A parallel to Kroger sushi or Fusion. That having been said, its just not the real deal. Also, adding cream cheese or spicy mayo does not make an innovative to quality roll, in my mind. A decent attempt for those new to sushi, but for my fellow sushi gurus, I suggest finding something a little more authentic and less assembly-line oriented. read more

This is absolutely the sushi and Asian food version of chipotle, especially the portion sizes. What a great bargain even without the Groupon. Tons of chicken in the rice bowl with any and all toppings you like. It was honestly our first visit and we'll be back. One of my favorite places to go in Colerain! There aren't many sushi options in the Colerain area so I was very happy when this restaurant was built. They have great sushi options, and their bowls are also good. It's set up sort of chipotle style, where you can choose noodles or rice, then choose vegetables, protein, toppings, sauces, etc and then they cook it. The inside is very clean and modern. Amazing food and great options for individuals who are in a hurry, but still trying to stick to a more healthier meal. The food came up very quick and the staff was very patient since it was my first time! I enjoyed that you could get as many veggies as you wanted. Fusabowl in Woodlawn. I am wondering how this place is still not closed by the health department. There is no running water, not even in the restrooms. While the food was adequate, I am upset at the fact that there is no water. I am wondering how employees wash their hands, and clean the restaurant? My partner and I discovered this place via a flyer sent in the mail and since he is a big sushi fan, I decided to take him to dinner. The first indication there was a problem was with the soda machine. Not only did it not dispense soda, but also did not dispense water. Then he asked one of the workers if he could get a glass of water, and was told no. So being curious he went into the mens room only to find the toilet full of urine and no running water. VEGANS BEWARE This place does not care about vegans, from the inattentive staff to the managers/owners that can care less to address a crucial error that was made on an employee's behalf. Took the family last night for dinner. The husband I had California rolls. Kids had rice and noodle bowls. Service was fast and friendly. Food was fresh and good sized portions! Watched him make the rolls right in front of us. I did notice that the only raw items on the menu are tuna and salmon (and the spicy version of both). The rolls were a little loosely wrapped and did fall apart just a bit but I think this will improve the longer they are open!?! And the taste was great so we overlooked this. Tonight I ordered take out - build your own roll. I ordered it with soy wrap and brown rice. I noticed that it fell apart even more this time but the soy wrap seems more fragile and the brown rice not quite as sticky so that may be why. Still tastes fresh and lite. Definitely Americanized with larger portions and grilled/fried items in the rolls but I'm American so I appreciate both! Haha. Definitely worth a try!! read more

Great, friendly services but food was lackluster. I ordered the Bangkok bowl with shrimp, half rice and half noodle. It was just lacking on flavor, and definitely needed some salt. Someone who likes basic food would love this. Ordering and food preparation was quick. Restaurant had easy parking and was clean. They did have nice carry out containers for the bowls. Great food- great value- very friendly staff! When was the last time that you ate somewhere where the staff cared more about the customer's experience than profit? I tried to order three of their "regular" size sushi rolls as that's the same order I've placed at dozens of sushi restaurants. The gentleman taking my order explained that their "regular" rolls were not like elsewhere. I wound up with a full size shrimp tempura roll, a yum yum roll (half size) and a California roll (half size). I could NOT eat them all! Did I mention that they were also VERY tasty! I came here today with my friend around 3:00 for lunch. When we walked in we were greeted with smiles and polite conversation. The staff is very nice. When I go to sushi place I typically judge it off its Alaska roll, just because I feel like it's simple enough and shows a places basic skills. Sadly this place doesn't have one, so instead I got a California roll. My first impression was that it looked great. The crab was in strands and not lumps, which is interesting because I typically have it the latter. The taste was average, so I went and got some soy sauce and ate it the way it's supposed to be eaten. ( Dip one side in soy sauce and place the opposite end on your tongue. ) the sushi immediately started to fall apart when I dipped it in the soy sauce. Which means it wasn't wrapped tightly enough. My husband loves to come here and I decided that I would try something. We waited for 45 minutes and kept asking about our meal as we saw everyone around us leave. Then finally found out that they lost my husband's meal and had to remake. While my food had been ready and sitting there. This was the last time I will order here . Also we watched one of the workers take a bowl from the counter to the dining room, open it up to look in it and go to the parking lot after someone only to bring it back in and bag it up!!! First time ordering. I used door dash. Ordered salmon fusabowls. It had a list of protiens and said to choose one. Took that as meaning it didn't have to be salmon, could be anything from the list. I decided I wanted tuna instead of salmon. They put both on. Then there was a list of sauces with a choice of three. Having never been here I chose three to see which I liked best. This is the fast food version of bowls and sushi - not awful - but won't be back again. The veggie bowl with brown rice and tofu was lukewarm - the rice was the parboiled variety - the tofu was soaked in sugar syrup And the ginger sauce had no ginger flavor. The whole thing tasted similar to anything I could have gotten in the frozen section of Kroger's. It would Have cost less at Kroger's. The sushi was okay -there is better anywhere else. The people, I must say are very kind and helpful. I did like that they have eco friendly bowls for the rice. I did say no plastic bag please - and they gave me one anyway - habit I guess. read more

Went here to try it out see what its like and had a chicken teriyaki bowl and a steak sushi roll. Spent about $ 23.00 The sushi was just meh ... not a lot of flavor here even with sauce applied although it was nicely rolled. I think Kabuto is at least one step above in the sushi department but this place does not match Jo An Japanese restaurant or the former Akira (sadly missed) in West Chester before it went downhill. The sushi is only slightly better than what you could get at Kroger. The chicken teriyaki bowl also did not impress. Not a lot of flavor without sauce but the vegetables did seem reasonably fresh. The restaurant was empty when I went in around dinner time on a Friday. I think this place needs to bring more Fusion to the Fusion... fuse some Korean stone bowls bibimbap like Riverside Korean and it might make a go of it. read more
