So we found Jon and Janelle through their website and decided to give them a try. They came over to meet our kitten, Calvin, and he warmed up to them immediately. They outlined their service and fees and everything turned out just as they had explained. It's a little nerve-racking giving your keys to someone you don't know to come in your home when you're not there, but Jon and Janelle were extremely friendly and made us feel at ease, plus it was nice knowing they would be the only ones that would be coming into our home and not an employee. Over the course of time while we lived in the area, they came and sat for our kitten at least 10 times. It was such a relief not to worry about the well being of your pet when you're away. They even give you updates after every visit letting you know if anything came up while you were gone, how your pet ate and behaved, etc. Their prices are the best around and they always had availability when we asked, even during Christmas and Thanksgiving! My dog's sitter came reliably and I appreciated that he was clearly genuine and honest (ie for one walk he mentioned that Brody mostly sniffed around rather than covered much distance, which is totally true and showed me that I wasn't just getting a canned message about his walk). The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is how tedious the client registration process was. After my initial email inquiry, I was sent a 15 page document to complete, scan, and send back- all before even confirming my service requests were doable or answering my questions about how billing would work. I know there are online portals for walk services that might have made getting set up a little more convenient, and which allow for email walk messages rather than the paper and pen notepad messages. But again, no complaints about the staff or service that would prevent me from recommending this business- just some opportunities for the client-side experience.

They have plenty of services, and I opted for the healthy skin and coat treatment and blueberry facial on top of the basic grooming, so that of course brought the price up. When we were out of town, Adam and Patrick dog-sat for us. They both have very sweet dogs of their own, and Jolly loved going over to their houses. She's been especially sad to leave Adam's house! We knew we could count on them to come pick Jolly up at the last minute if we needed them to -- and because I travel often on short notice for work, that was an enormous help.
