Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. There are so many great parts of this company that I can't pick just one. - The sitters really love and care for the animals! We have one cat who's such a ham and wants pets forever, and another who is more shy. They take the time with the shy one, and let her warm up to them which she eventually has! And they get just as excited about it as I do :) - You get text message updates after every visit with a play-by-play for the visit, and they include photos! It was something we asked boarding places for and they said they said "we don't do that." The pictures are especially nice. ** The photos attached to this review are ones that our sitters have sent :) - Scheduling is so easy. You just go online into the calendar on your account, and you can choose days, times (morning and evening, up to 2x/day), and length of visit. You can choose if you need medications administered as well. - They are transparent and absolutely fair in their cost. I've found it to be comparable to boarding, and the benefit is they get to stay home in their own environment and aren't kept in a small enclosure for so much of their day. - They're extremely kind, diligent, and careful, especially with our cat who's a runner when the door opens. I'm no longer nervous or feel guilty about going out of town because we can choose longer visits for our sitters; our babies will still lots of snuggles and play time!

Our sitter also went above and beyond by vacuuming the litter box area and removing all trash on her final visit. The client portal is very user-friendly and well designed. Customers are easily able to schedule their services, and the site allows for customization of the visit length and time. Staff also respond to requests or send pet-updates through the portal which get sent directly to your email. You can also see exactly when your sitter arrived / left. I'd also like to point out that the prices are very reasonable. Yes, there is a small holiday fee (7$ for me at least).
