We will make sure everyone we know will not go there as well. My kids were not running around like crazy. They are not those kind of kids. My son ( who is a fairly calm 9 year old ) was playing with the rabbit- who seemed to enjoy the attention. You could have simply told my son it could scare the birds- instead of sharply saying " I'm going to have you stop. It gets enough exercise during the day". I would stop my kids from being crazy- if that was actually the case. The other time- you started to set a bird on my daughter shoulder- without warning and she flinched out of reaction. You told her she isn't ready for a bird. You completely broke her heart. As you have seen, my daughter has been very interested in a bird and has tried asking you a lot of questions. Honestly very disappointed in your people skills. Also, you do not try to educate. You talk to them like they are beneath you. The employee that helped my mom took her I.D and held it while we played with the puppy. The employee that helped my brother in law didn't take his I.D. When my mom was done she gave the employee back the puppy and my mom spaced on getting her I.D back and the employee also didn't think about it. We are from Salt Lake so the next day we drove home and we were flying out to Puerto Rico a few days later. My mom realized she never grabbed her I.D once we got home. She had to hurry and have them mail to back to her before our flight to Puerto Rico. It was very frustrating.

There is NOT a "only one puppy" policy, we literally played with almost all of them. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. And our pup hasn't been ill once since we brought her home. The only thing they required from us was to do a fecal test with our vet within the first 72 hours of bringing our puppy home to make sure everything was fine, and sure enough, there wasn't a single issue with our pup whatsoever. Our vet said she's as healthy as can be. Maybe we just got lucky, but we truly are very happy with the service and will be using them again when we decide it's time for another fur baby.
