She addressed my concerns and questions regarding our kitty's current diet and made suggestions. I made an appointment to have my dog groomed by Sierra at petco grooming,…read more We talked with her for quite a long amount of time letting her know the limitations our Dog has, she has a bad back right leg, and can't stand for long on it, she told us that she loves to take dogs with problems because she said she really cares about her customers pets, she said it would be no problem for her to take our dog in for a grooming, so i scheduled an appointment for 2 months down the road, that day was today May 8th 2026, I had my dog there 15 min early just like the appointment card says to she was not there, so i waited for her when Sierra arrived she asked me what i wanted done and i told her she printed out the work order, but then she said she had to go talk to her manager to see if she could groom my dog, after about 15 min she came back and said she couldn't groom my dog because her manager said the dog had to be able to stand the whole time of the grooming and would not let her groom the dog, nothing like that was said when we made the appointment, you can't trust what Sierra says and the Manager should have at least had the Courtesy to come tell me in person, it was very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE or none at all. as you can see with a 1.9 rating poorly managed and staffed store you should go somewhere else or shop on line.
