The food is the best mix of Asian food you can possibly get in Klamath falls. They have a strong mix of Vietnamese, Cantonese and some Japanese thrown in. We had there signature Chinese style bbq pork and wonton yakisoba- super nice and get it spicy to help balance the flavors. Tip: they make there own bbq pork it's like Cantonese/Vietnamese style Also we had the shrimp fried rice as a suggestion from the lady at the counter. It was nice HUGE and cooked well. The shrimps were cooked very well and didn't taste frozen- a nice change. Overall a 5 star place for food. But please call an order in advance during lunch time as the wait can be 20-30 minutes. --sadly the Banh Mi were sold out when we went at 12-noon. Just check it out the food is amazing and the prices are right for the huge portions.

Vegetarian and gluten-free options for sure. I'll be double checking the vegan situation in regards to the sauces. Choose this place early in the day, because they run out of food by late dinner time and when it's gone, it's gone. They keep it fresh every day with this method, so I appreciate that, even though I wasn't able to try the tofu dish or have rice. The chef was happy to make me a veggies-only yakisoba dish, which was delicious, although it was curiously lacking broccoli. The spice was just right and those glutenfull noodles were soft and savory without being drenched in the yummy sauce. The serving was gigantic, definitely enough for two. Here's the trouble: it was either the noodles or something in the sauce that gave me a killer headache about 30min after eating. That's why I want to double check the vegan situation with the sauces and get rice with my dish instead of noodles. Again, get there early so you can actually get what you want. The ladies are super cool and very talented chefs. They even offered to cook my meal first so the meat orders in our group didn't contaminate my food. That's excellent customer service if you ask me. I will sample this spot again and see if my questions are answered to 5 star satisfaction.

    Curry chicken noodle medium spicy

So I got three things because I couldn't decide I got the curry chicken noodle the pork wonton soup and the vegetarian spring rolls I just got back from San Francisco so I was dreading the food here ordered something different and I am highly impressed and very excited to the point where I can't even show you the soup because it was gone with how good it was spice level is great I don't know what sauces give me with a curly noodles but it's amazing and I'm very picky so I found my new spot I think they may be offered to drink options though it would be like maybe like a tea or something besides at 10 out of 10

6 years later and we still go to Fuong's all the time. I just truly love all of the food. Can't recommend it enough.

Well, it's definitely not Sauce anymore which is sad tbh…read more Other than the dumb new name, the menu is very similar but different. No more kale chips (the best ever btw!), way less sauces to choose from, the fridges are all empty, the sautéed cabbage sucks when it used to have flavor and was cooked well and now is basically raw, I could go on. Btw you're supposed to remove the stems on kale, not serve it to customers w stems! They removed all the lamps and fun wall paint in the bathrooms and looks like a generic boring cold bright light white walls bathroom. ***The chicken is much, much better tho so I'll give them that. I wont be surprised if soon they repaint the walls white too and take down all the wood. It has a very medford conservative energy now with people pretending to be hippies wearing ponchos they just bought etc. So that's awkward. Definitely waaaay different energy.. not inna good way. I appreciate what they offer food wise though with veggies and dairy free desserts so I will definitely return. The music SUCKS now. Sauce used to be such a cool vibe with indie music and even classical and jazz etc. Now it is top 40's pop and country-pop. Just god awful. The drama that came from this revision is very interesting also... something like the owners husband and wife, husband cheated on wife with the now new co-owner who is supposedly also married and the ex-wife has chronic illness and was basically blindsided and then bought out. It's all really messy and gives a bad energy. Probably why it is empty every time we've been since the change... Sauce used to always be packed.. we also would always buy the frozen soups and salads etc in addition to our meals ordered but now spend less bc nothing in fridges to buy! Anyway, I hope they stay open for the food bc not much else like it in the valley but hOm, please don't forget the loyal following of Sauce and completely obliterate its energy. Please dont paint everything white and black. We need color and creativity and community. Not cold pretend hippie energy. Sauce was packed constantly for a reason... don't lose sight of why and why you're always empty now facing closure...

GPS was programmed for a different place but we ended up here. At first glance there's not much to look inside the restaurant. At the time, the place was empty. We were the only customers. It would be a three star rating just by looking. You have to question, is this a restaurant and is it open? We were greeted by the owner/chef/server/greeter! A one man operation. Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable chef. A cool dude. I give this place a five star because of the food and the one man staff. The BBQ was spot on delicious. The Pork Spareribs (1 rack) with 2 rice plate (for two people) was juicy and full of flavorful smoke and Thai influences. The Three Smoked Meat rice plate was also delicious. The smoking and Bbq are done using wood. No charcoal or gas. You can really taste the natural wood smoke flavor in every bite. I'm glad we found Asian American BBQ by accident, I'm also glade it was not his usual rush hour time when we arrived! This place is a classic cliche phrase "don't judge a book by its cover." If ever we are back in Weed, CA, we're definitely be back!

There's a small open sign lit on the side but it's easy to miss that too. What gives it away is the number of barbecue grills in front and the smoke coming out of it. If you're looking for a fancy restaurant, this won't be for you. If you're looking for great barbecue, then you're in for a treat! The owner, Thomas is the only one working there and doing everything! We didn't have to wait because we came at an odd time after lunch and not the rush hour. He is very friendly and accommodating. He definitely knows what he's doing! The restaurant needs a little bit of organizing. He has a lit signage inside the restaurant so I suggested for him to move it outside to attract more customers. He said the food will do all the talking and marketing for the restaurant. I agree 100 percent! He has a lot of locals ordering from him. He goes by word of mouth. We stopped by for a late lunch on our way to Oregon. Coming back, we stopped by again to get some barbecue to take home. Totally worth it!

When I got home I saw they charged me %20 large party fee. I was really put off but o was ready for some great food. I only ordered 2 things. $60. An appetizer of teriyaki chicken skewers. They were not marinated or anything, not cooked in sauce, nothing. It was reg, plain tasting chicken. They added a side of teriyaki sauce but I was very thin and lacked flavor and didn't add to the dish at all. Bummed. Then I got the shrimp pad Thai. The noodles were so over cooked they just disintegrated. There was no heat option so it was bland and no spice whatsoever. So with all that I was even more annoyed I paid $10 mandated tip for crap food. Never again. Stay away unless you dine in and can get waited on for a tip and they can fix their errors.
