Lionel Petting Zoo is only in operation from May until October, which makes sense as it looks like…read morethe whole zoo is outdoors. They have a maximum of 10 people inside at a time (according to their website) however even though we booked a specific time frame, there was pretty clearly more than 10 people inside. Unlike some other zoos we went too, there was no real path to follow. It's basically a giant square with a small square on the inside. The outline of the larger square is filled with fenced in animals, and the inner square has fenced animals as well. Although its understandable they have an admission fee for the upkeep of the animals, I feel it should have included the feed. Other zoos are free admission and only charge for feed (ie. high park) so in terms of value, this is a bit below par. Finally, I would never say the animals are aggressive, however when trying to feed the goats, one of them bit the entire feed bag and ripped it away. As I'm an adult, this is fine as I am agile and athletic, however a small child could have easily gotten injured, so perhaps some more training would suffice.

I though the admission price was kind of…read morepricey ($28 for 5 people), does not matter if you have 3 people, same price for the group and much smaller than I thought. You get to choose time slot and we only got 45 mins before we had to leave which was plenty of time mind you since it was really hot. Extra $5 for a bag of feed to feed the animals. My son enjoyed looking at the animals but I wish the price was per person so I don't have to pay the same amount even if I have a smaller family.

It was very nice to have the party host as it reduced all of the stress involved with party set up, food, clean up etc. I prefer this location to the one on Dixie as it has been more recently renovated. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I think there are some services that should be included in the party packages e.g. paying for the trampoline add on up front versus back and forth to the front desk for each child. Also, there should be a package option including drinks for adults. The individual cost for adult drinks was way too high. Otherwise, a very nice experience.

It tires the kids out, the space is safe and secure (upon entry, the staff stamps a number on you and your kids with invisible ink, they check to make sure the adult and kids' # match before they allow you to leave the premises). There is a good-sized climbing structure with a curvy slide and cage (see pics). I've been taking my kids consistently within the last year or so and have gotten to know the staff quite well. They are kind and friendly and easy to talk to. The food is great - think Pizza Hut type pizza. My favourite snack is the parmesan sticks that come with marinara and ranch sauce and only for $5.99! Believe it or not, they have beer on tap and wine For my kids, we get the best value by purchasing the points (vs getting the all you can play). Most activities that they play are 1- or 2-credits. A 45 play points card is good for 2 visits for our lil family. We had such a positive birthday party experience and I can wait to host my other child's birthday there next year!! We love Chuck E Cheese!!

They have 4 floors with a wide variety of stations and things to do for the kids. If we didn't have to worry about nap time, we could probably spend the whole day there. If you have a Bank of America card, this museum is part of their Museum on us program- IYKYK. I also like the cafeteria where you can purchase snacks or meals for the kids. I appreciate that they don't police you, if you just use the space to eat your own packed snacks, just clean up after yourself is all they request. There's just so much to do. I would say the only issue we ran into was finding parking, but that's to expected at that side of town. Overall, a must for kids.

He loved this entire place and had so much fun. The building is 4 floors but Explore & More really starts on the 2nd floor. The first floor has a lobby and a cafe though which is nice too. The main floor of Explore & More is great. There is a Delta Sonic kid car wash, and so many cool historical Buffalo things like the Erie Canal and interactive boat for them to try out. The next floor has so many interactive things for kids to try and run around on. Everything has great theming for Buffalo and really shows off the hometown pride for the adults who are there with their kids. I'd recommend this place to anyone with kids because they have so much fun. There is something to do for all ages here. Definitely felt like a Buffalo gem.

Birthday party review…read more It's crazy from the walk in and non stop until you leave! Parking lot: narrow and limited so line ups will happen. But it's free so be patient. Entrance: Bottle necking traffic due to filling out waivers, and sign in. Rolling clothing carts are labelled for your party to hold gifts and clothes from your party. Rock climbing and harness climbing at the front is extra. The middle before the trampolines is the small arcade. Then it's shoes off before heading on to the trampolines. It's not a great transition for going shoeless here. Sock it to you here: Air riders make it mandatory to buy their neon green socks. Not any old grippy sock will do but their $5 ones. Staff are placed strategically throughout the jump site. Some are not as engaged or maybe the kids cannot hear them over the loud music. There is one tv to play a jump game and there is no one watching the line ups, so kids can be waiting eternally or get bumped from order. We asked to place an attendant here since kids aren't great at advocating. The floor manager tried but the teen moved to this new position was not happy managing this. An hour does go by really quickly. It didn't smell horribly of feet and sweat so that says a lot.

In the end, my son had a good time and had fun with the trampolines and climbing park portion . . . but it could have been SO much better with an actual chaperone letting the kids know what they could do and where they could go... Along with people actually doing their job, like giving out the gifts to people that were paid for in advance, etc. And remembering the sharpie marker with the t-shirt so that the kids can sign it, as advertised online . . . as if it was a surprise, ha ha . . . anyways - won't be choosing this place again, and won't be recommending! An Easy "no thanks"

We visited on a Saturday in December and it was quite busy, with a birthday party going on as well. You can literally walk through the entire experience in less than 5 minutes. There are tons of white drums with slime and kinetic sand throughout the space, 2 slingshots (you have to roll up a small ball of slime and sling it at the 'volcano', then there was a small ball pit, a slime pit (it's solid slime, so you're really just walking on top of slime, not into it), an enclosed area with black light for the glow-in-the-dark slime experience and finally (for a surcharge) you can get slime poured on top of you (cover you up with a plastic raincoat). Regular admissions is $24.99 The Works is $42.99 (you get slimed) Both of these admission include a 6oz slime to take home (you choose the colour, scent and sparkles). Adults can enjoy the experience at well, the price is $12.99, but you don't get to make slime. My kids are 6yo and 7yo and the novelty of it all wore off within 10 minutes. The best part was customizing your own slime and mixing it together. For that price, I would've like to see more stations. Most of the slime in the drums were hard, like a soft Playdoh rather than the slimy stretchy slime. I think this is a place that I would only take my kids once. It was really looking forward to it opening, but I think they need to rethink what other offerings they can provide.
