Had my son's 5th birthday here over the weekend and before we booked his party we have brought our…read moreson thereto play for him to test out the facility and see if he likes it.. as you know anything that the kids can jump climb or slide on will make them happy which is a plus. LOCATION: it's across from a Walmart and dollarama if your hosting a party and forgot somethings like what happened to us your can either walk (if the weather is nice) or drive across to grab the items you are missing which is very convient for us parents. STAFF: Staff is very friendly esp the male employee that works there he is great with kids very friendly and approachable I guess that was one other reason why we agreed to book my son's party there.. FACILITIES: very clean not as big as other indoor playground but just find that to be much better so the parents and staff can keep and eye on the kids. If your going for one day play they have a sitting area for parents to watch their kids and they have a TV.. for a party their party rooms are very clean and has enough space and TV for kids to watch while they eat and have cake.. The knly down fall I would say is that when we arrived for my son's party and I admit we were 10mins late the pizza part of the package was already in the room which we weren't aware about we thought they would deliver the pizza hour into the party so some of the guest haf to reheat their pizza in the microwave.. other than that I would only say that is their down fall.. guess next time they should think about what time to bring the pizza in

My youngest was not even interested in staying in the toddler area. Should not call it "playland" but "playroom" instead!
