Place is kind of old. Pool area old. Gym has really old dirty equipment, perhaps it can use some dusting.

After waiting for 30 minutes, my oldest child went to the monkey bars, but even though he was just standing there, they told him to come back and keep waiting. They insisted we wait until someone was available to assist us. My kids do not need help with monkey bars or rock climbing, at least not my 12 years child who has done it many times before. Then, one of the staff members claimed I wasn't following their policy and accused me of trespassing. Their only policy seemed to be making us wait. What started as excitement quickly turned into us being treated like criminals. The customer service was terrible. I'm glad I didn't spend any money there, and in just two minutes, they lost $110 from us. I also found out they charge an extra $15 to rent harnesses and shoes, on top of the ticket price. If I could, I'd give them zero stars.

He also loved climbing the many different rock walls once we were able to belay for him. The staff is extremely knowledgable, friendly and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable at your challenge of choice. The facility is geared towards extreme amateurs like my wife and I to very advance climbers. It was also really cool to watch the more experienced climbers. I the facility is kept really clean and their washrooms also have showers if you need to clean up. If you are looking for a great place to have fun with your family, I'd recommend going to Aspire!

Our experience camping at Milton Heights campground was not a positive one. It is an ok campground…read morewith limited facilities. The site was uneven, the sites really need some improvements and upgrades. Gravel parking spots would be great and some pull through sites for larger rigs would be helpful. There are so many rules and management is micro managing the park, driving around continually. The office lady, maybe owner not sure, is not very friendly. She comes across as being kind of aggressive. Visitors are charged $7.50 each to come in the park. We had friends come in and pick us up to do a day trip with us; it cost them $15 to come into the park for probably 10 minutes to pick us up and didn't use any facilities, while in the park. I asked the office gal what the $15 charged was paying for, and she wouldn't answer, just said it's the rules. They couldn't have used the bathroom behind us anyway, it was out of order the whole time we were there. Suggestions for improvements- working restrooms; gravel parking spots; water hookups , where the hose doesn't fall into a cement hole; pull through sites for bigger rigs; garbage bins in more than one area (only one was near the entrance); less fees for visitors; and friendlier staff/management. Campgrounds should be run by friendly, inviting staff/management, so people want to stay there and return, as well as tell their friends for more future business/campers. They have what could be a pretty campground and inviting, but need some improvements and an attitude adjustment to encourage campers to recommend and return to the park.
