Considering the current circumstances, F45 has been doing their workout outdoors in Streetsville park. Love it, Love it, Love it. The session are 45 minutes long, very interactive, with enough breaks throughout. honestly through the session I was not sure if I am actually working out or having fun the first session but after the session was over. looking at my Apple Watch info for the session and the amount of sweat on my clothes. WOW! they definitely worked me out haha. There are 3 coaches in a 9 ppl session which is great attention to form and support for each member. The Coaches are awesome and very knowledge in giving you different workouts and supporting your need if that is increasing intensity, decreasing it or even doing a different move to achieve the same goal without hurting or exerting injured joints. I def recommend them and am looking forward to working with them once they open their indoor sessions as well

Brand new studio in Streetsville. They are located upstairs but accessible from the front or back…read more Paid parking lot directly at the back. A couple paid street parking spots up front. But the side street and city parking is free a few steps down the street. Ive been coming here for reformer. Classes are super small (6ppl). Instructor is really able to watch and correct your form. Some are more hard core than others, depending on whose class youre attending. Overall great studio. Wish they had showers too. Drinking fountain available.

Why would you treat any customer like a third rate customer when we are all paying? We may not be paying equally but then again you should not have a 5ft x 5 ft space that cannot accomodate anymore than 5 people at a time advertised as a yoga studio. NO SHOWERS. ONLY TWO tiny tiny changerooms. I walked in and there was no greeting from the owner, front desk woman. This is what happens when the western world takes something so peaceful and positive and turns it into a capitalisitc mess. would never go back here again. asked deal find for a refund as they have a 30 day refund policy. lets see what happens.

I felt compelled to write an update to my previous positive review of this studio…read more. I had bought a 2-month groupon here. I attended the first month frequently & enjoyed the instructors & classes. Classes were first come, first serve - which made sense. However halfway through my membership we received an email from the owner stating that regular members would be given priority to all classes & if there were any spots left, then those who bought their memberships from Groupon would be allowed in. They will also look at adding more classes but in a month or two (once everyone's membership expired!) This was absolutely ridiculous & against the terms under which I had purchased my groupon. So I was expected to rush out of work & drive almost an hour for a only a CHANCE of being admitted? This was not only unfair, but I felt scammed. I've heard the owner herself say they run this groupon every year - so she knows how many customers this pulls in. So they ran the groupon, collected the money & then didn't try to accommodate the new volume of members... This left such a bad taste in my mouth that I didn't bother attending the rest of my membership - I ended up purchasing a membership at a different studio in Mississauga.
