The culture was great, with lots of quality instruction and I really appreciated all the higher belts taking time to explain small details and it seems like they genuinely care for your development (especially as a first time visiting practitioner). I loved the hour of rolling and open training to just get lots of rounds afterwards. We worked on sequencing arm bar from closed guard today as well as defending the position from the stack counter.
