We came here for a child's birthday party…read more It is an impressive place, both visually and in play facilities. It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!

So if you are thinking of booking your child's next Birthday at Bingemans FunworX Indoor Playland…read moreread this first.. -we waited 15 mins on arrival to meet a party planner and figure out the process - preordered hotdogs for 10 kids but there is no ketchup in the room. Mentioned this to the party planner. Waited almost 10 minutes and finally just went into another party room and grabbed theirs - no water for the boys - we had to ask for the birthday cake. It wasn't in the room and no party planner around. Waited as a result. - got 8 (not 10 preloaded cards - short two) - none worked. - service manager was poor in addressing this issue. Made us "prove" they didn't work and then took 10 minutes to do new cards while the boys waited around - she asked me to collect the old cards and bring them all up to her. - the 10 new cards then didn't work again! Her fix was the same 10 minute process for new cards again. Half an hour wasted of a 2.5 hour party with 10 boys all saying "this sucks" for our sons birthday! - no solution offered. We had to say "at least let them go in the climbing area instead of sitting around waiting on these errors. She agreed but they all had to go upstairs to get bracelets. Good customer service would have been bringing them over to us as a peace offering with an explanation about the cards, again we are in charge of rounding everyone up to go into a gated area, but we don't have cards that work so we have to lift each 9 year old child over the gate. - eventually we received 10 new cards (3rd times a charm) but had less then 10 mins to use them as the boys had to be rounded up and off to bowling. - party planner still didn't know who the birthday boy was until we went into the bowling 1 hour and 15 minutes after party had started. - no shoes at Funworkx - had to truck over to Boston Pizza counter to get fitted and then back to bowling. - finally bowling was decent but after all this only had about 45 mins. And lastly after saying we needed to speak with the manager we were told she was too busy for us, and to call her another time!?!

My husband and I are already thinking of hosting next year's bday for our kid. A little out of the way, but we haven't seen any facilities with this level of care and attention in Toronto. So many unique ideas on how to celebrate with kids here! The best part is that they do have a special section for the adults to hang out, so they thought of everything!

They were very relaxed about the whole process. I just put down my deposit and could take up until the week before the party to decide on a package. They let me customize my package for some very small fees (to get a bigger cake, add a mylar balloon, etc.) and were very flexible to enable me to accommodate what I wanted for my son's birthday. The place was clean and empty when we got there. It accommodated everyone in our party, which included a big family, lots of friends, and school chums and their parents, too. Lots of room for coats, loot bags, gifts, party supplies, etc. The staff was amazingly helpful, kept refreshments coming (because of the awesome Deluxe Bounce Package we got), helped serve the cake with the expertise of people who have done this a lot, and they didn't push us out the door when our time was up, as we were doing our best to get out on time! One of the best things about it was the fact that you get the whole place for your party, no sharing with strangers, and the location was amazing, with lots of free parking. The kids had a blast and I will forever go back there for any future birthday parties for my little monsters! Thank you, Bounce N Play! It was amazing!!!!!

Large spacious play gym with lots to do for kids ages 2-10! I took my kids ages 7&9 to Amazing Fun…read morePark on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprise that the place was even more Amazing in person (compared to their photos). The forest-like entry leading to the check in desk was super cute, check in process was quick (you'll need to sign a waiver for the kids) and after a wristband (to see which patrons' 2-hour play was up), you can remove your shoes, put them in the cubby hole and hang up your jackets (this was a plus since everyone has a bulky jacket during the winter months). There is a stage for kids to sing karaoke and record 360-degree dance videos. You can also check their schedules online as there are bands, princesses, face painting, magic show and the like. There are lots of picnic tables for parents to sit and for birthday parties. There are cute trees and 3D art scattered throughout so it feels like you're in a magical forest. My kids gravitated to the rides - you can ride a dinosaur or drive a 2-person LED-lit car. The vehicles move super slow so even toddlers. An manage them. You basically drive in a circle around this lit up floral/grass area. Right outside this space was the VR experience. Not only do you put on the VR glasses, but the entire 'car' moves (very gently). The first game I played was to shoot the red bugs - you look at the bug, then press the button on your seat to shoot them. I did ask if the VR experience can be ramped up if there are no kids aboard - and they do! We did a walk through of a creepy psychiatric hospital. There is also a huge ball pit area. There was a jungle gym within the ball pit and all along the walls were interactive play tubes. My kids also like the tabletop games, it's a huge touch screen running Android apps. There was also an interactive glowing tile floor. This was difficult to play cuz everyone was running in it at the same time and not really following the rules. Overall, my family had an amazing time. It would be nice if the interactive vehicles went a bit faster and maybe have a cafe of some sort to buy coffee.

What made this experience extra special was that the management team of the AFP were more than kind enough to alter the AFP schedule to accommodate The Pines Adult Day Centre. On our way to the check-in counter, we immediately got a whiff of the sweet, crisp and clean air and noticed the inviting vibrant colours of the decor. The staff were very attentive and ensured that everyone in our group had an awesome experience. The interactive games, the virtual reality rides, and the AFP stage provided great amusement to our group. We couldn't be happier with the ambience, the numerous activities and the professional customer service we received.

We visited on a Saturday in December and it was quite busy, with a birthday party going on as well. You can literally walk through the entire experience in less than 5 minutes. There are tons of white drums with slime and kinetic sand throughout the space, 2 slingshots (you have to roll up a small ball of slime and sling it at the 'volcano', then there was a small ball pit, a slime pit (it's solid slime, so you're really just walking on top of slime, not into it), an enclosed area with black light for the glow-in-the-dark slime experience and finally (for a surcharge) you can get slime poured on top of you (cover you up with a plastic raincoat). Regular admissions is $24.99 The Works is $42.99 (you get slimed) Both of these admission include a 6oz slime to take home (you choose the colour, scent and sparkles). Adults can enjoy the experience at well, the price is $12.99, but you don't get to make slime. My kids are 6yo and 7yo and the novelty of it all wore off within 10 minutes. The best part was customizing your own slime and mixing it together. For that price, I would've like to see more stations. Most of the slime in the drums were hard, like a soft Playdoh rather than the slimy stretchy slime. I think this is a place that I would only take my kids once. It was really looking forward to it opening, but I think they need to rethink what other offerings they can provide.

At the entrance you are greeted with staff to sign a waiver on the iPad. Then you have to "check-in" where you purchase your tokens and playground pass if you like. The claw machine tokens are separate though so you'll have to purchase them inside. Once you receive your boarding pass, you give them to the staff there who says "Enjoy your vacation" and go through a mini security.
