I found a really cool face painter from here. We did a party for a bunch of 5-8-year-olds, about 25 kids total. She came out for 2 hours, was super friendly, and her face paints were awesome. Was a little chaotic because we did it at Kiddo Adventure in San Mateo, but she made it work. Great job, and the kids had fun.
Rented a bouncy castle here for this past weekend. We did the party at our local Red Morton Community Center. The bouncer was fun, was kid - friendly colors. They got it all set up about an hour before the party started. Their price was pretty reasonable although they did add $20 for travel to our location which makes sense since it's about 40 miles each way. Kids loved the jumper and they made sure everything was safe and secure before they left. Came back later for an on - time pickup.
We just found a really cute pony rental from here. They brought the pony out to our house in Palo Alto along with their staff lady to help with the kids. Pony was sweet and gentle and good size for our kids group which was basically 3-6 year olds. Kids got to ride on the pony, pet it feed it and take pics. Price was pretty reasonable including travel to our location.
I used this place to hire a giant waterslide. We had the party in our backyard in Milpitas. It was a great looking slide, actually much bigger than I thought it would be but it still fit well in our backyard space. Plenty of room for the kids to go on, it was easy to set up and easy to use. Perfect for a hot day and the price was pretty reasonable considering how big it was.
Every year we put together a small get-together at our preschool Children's House in Los Altos. We do it for the kids and families, and we're always looking for something fun that works for a wide age range, especially toddlers and younger kids around 1-7. We've ended up using Fun Factory pretty consistently because they have a lot of options that actually make sense for that age group, and they've always been reliable for us. This time we went with their face painting service and it turned out great. Brenda and Alyssa were both really good with the kids--patient, friendly, and easygoing--and their designs came out looking really impressive. The kids were excited the whole time and it added a really nice element to the event. Overall just another smooth, fun experience.
We rented a small toddler bounce house for a birthday gathering in Palo Alto and had a really good experience overall. One issue we ran into while planning was that not many companies seemed willing to deliver all the way out to Palo Alto, especially for a smaller rental, so we were happy when we found a company that serviced the area without making the process difficult. We were hosting the party at Mitchell Park, so besides the bounce house itself we also needed a generator since there wasn't convenient power nearby. Luckily they were able to provide both, which made planning much easier. Their selection of inflatables was actually better than I expected, especially for younger kids. I specifically wanted something sized appropriately for toddlers and preschool-age children because most of the guests were under 7 years old. A lot of larger jumpers can feel overwhelming for little kids, but the one they recommended worked perfectly for the age group at our Palo Alto party. The bounce house was clean, well-maintained, and looked great when it arrived. The kids stayed entertained for most of the event and the setup fit really well within the park space without feeling too large or crowded. Everything was delivered and fully set up with plenty of time before guests arrived, which helped the party start smoothly without any last-minute stress. Overall, we were very happy with both the inflatable rental and the service they provided in Palo Alto, and I would definitely consider using them again for another kids party or park event in the area.
We did a little block party over spring break at our house in Fremont. We just wanted something simple and fun for the kids to stay entertained for a few hours. We ended up renting a castle bounce house and also had a SpongeBob character come out for an hour. Both turned out really well. The SpongeBob costume was in great condition and honestly looked almost new, which the kids were really excited about. The bounce house was set up about an hour before everyone arrived, so everything was ready to go without any stress or rushing. It was clean, secure, and in really good shape overall. The jumpy had enough space for around 15-20 kids at a time, so it handled the group easily without feeling overcrowded. We had kids from Fremont and a few nearby neighborhoods, and it kept everyone busy the entire time. It really helped turn a simple block party into something that felt organized and fun without us having to overplan anything.
I had used this place to rent a unicorn rainbow theme bouncey castle for my little girl's 4th bday. The whole party was rainbow theme so we needed something that would fit with that. It looked great, the bouncer was really cute and a good size for the kids. It looked like it was in pretty new condition and very clean. They came to set it up and had everything ready to go ahead of time, we just paid cash when they arrived. We kept it about 6 hours and the kids had a great time. The main thing for me was that they were very reliable and came on time and also that the jumper was safe and looked good and fit in with our party theme.
I had used this place to rent a bouncy castle. We got something that had a combo of bouncer and also a slide attached. It was pretty cute, a good size for kids up to like 12. I think bigger than that they might have had an issue. The jumper barely fit in our backyard I think it was like 25 feet long or something. I'm not sure but Carlos the guy who delivered did a really good job of making it fit.At first I thought it would be too big but he made it work, saved the party ha ha! The kids liked it and one thing I liked was it was clean and also he got it set up before anyone came so it wasn't in the way when the kids were arriving. Seems like a pretty good place, their inventory is a little bit limited but I was overall pretty happy with what we got and the price.
I found this company online when I was looking for somewhere to rent an adult sized Daniel Tiger mascot costume. It was for a school event for about 100+ kids, mostly ages 4-7. We needed to have the Daniel Tiger character for a long time, so it definitely made more sense to just rent the costume and get an adult here to wear it instead of hiring a live performer for an entire day. We actually needed the costume for flexible hours too, so the rental was obviously more in line with what we needed. The price for the rental was pretty reasonable, we actually got to keep the costume for a few days and it was around $200.00. I'd say the rental process was pretty straight forward. I emailed them a couple times with questions and also to get a pic of how the costume actually looked. Both times I got a response back pretty fast like in less than half an hour. Their costume looked GREAT, and I was really happy to see when it arrived that it did look like the pics they had sent me. I'd say it's good for an adult to wear, it maybe takes a little bit of help getting it on which is why we had a couple people to assist the person wearing it. But all in all it fit great and looked great. The kids loved it, and the whole rental and return process was pretty easy. I like their selection of costumes so it's pretty likely we will do this again maybe for something seasonal or a holiday theme type mascot.

I contacted this place when I was looking for somewhere that had a real life Goofy adult sized mascot costume available to rent. I didn't want to hire an actual live performer to come out, we wanted somewhere that would just rent us the costume to wear ourselves at a kid's parade event. It was pretty hard to find anywhere that had it, I found a few places but their Goofy costume looked, well....goofy. The overall quality just wasn't up to the standards we were looking for. Our event was going to feature over 500 kids over a 3 day period so we had a lot riding on having the mascots looking good. This place had a great looking costume at a pretty reasonable price, we got to keep the suit for 4 days for under $250 which really you can't beat that deal. We got tons of use out of the costume, 8 hours a day for 3 straight days so the price was totally worth it. And the costume actually came out to us 3 whole days before the event which meant we never had to worry or stress about if it was going to be there on time, HUGE peace of mind. Very legit business and I would for sure use them again. read more

I rented a costume from him. Sent me the wrong one to start. Then sent the correct. I sent back the other one. Emailed tracking info for proof. He then emailed threatening me. Saying he's rich and I'm broke and miserable. Telling my wife she's a bad mom and saying she's probably ugly. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend! read more

Over the xmas holidays we were looking for something kind of fun for the kids at our school to do as a xmas / holiday celebration. In the past we've rented bouncers but this year we had a little more of a budget cause we never got to do anything during all the lockdown period. We had hired this place a couple years ago and decided to try out their kid's party train. It's definitely one of the more expensive items we've ever used. But it was still worth it. They bring out a little mini train ride and set it up on location. I think the train holds maybe 15 kids at a time something along those lines. A couple of the school parents and one or two of the teachers got to ride on it along with the kids. It's a fun family type activity and the kids loved it. It's too bad it's so pricey or we would have had it stay longer. They set it up pretty quickly and since we have a quiet street they were able to run it right outside our building. read more

I used this company to rent one of the Paw Patrols Skye mascot costumes. It was for a girl's 3rd bday party. We had thought about hiring a live party character to come out but it was a small party and we really didn't want to spend the extra money to hire a live person. It's pretty expensive where we are located to hire live characters. So we just rented the mascot and that turned out great. You can see in the pics that it's a good looking costume. It really does look like Skye from the tv shows and the fit was great. It definitely worked within our budget, we got the costume on the Thursday before the party so we actually ended up getting to use it for 4 whole days. Totally worth it for the money. It was pretty easy to wear the costume, yes it's hot inside and a little bit hot to wear for long periods but I think you could basically say that about more or less any mascot costume. The main thing is that the bday girl was super happy and it added a nice touch to our party event. It was pretty easy to order from their website and then we just dropped it at the post office when we were done with it on Monday. read more

I just worked with this company to arrange for a Chase Paw Patrol party mascot to come out to a special event we had at our local fire station. It was for a safety awareness training day for kids ages 1 - 12. We thought it would be always fun to have a mascot character and since Chase is a dalmation dog and a fire dog it seemed like the perfect fit. I was really excited to see that this company has Chase and they also have live performers to send out to parties. We got a slightly discounted rate because we are a non profit which I thought was very cool of them. We also got a better deal because we hired the character for a few hours, basically for our whole event which lasted from 2pm - 6pm. They worked with us on the price and also were able to accomodate exactly the time frame that we needed, which was great. I had a fine experience making the arrangements and the whole thing went super smooth. They confirmed everything with me several times so I was always definitely confident that their performer was going to show up on time, which he did. The guy who wore the costume was really patient with the kids and did a great job. I hope we are able to do something similiar to this again next year. read more

I wanted to rent a funny type of Bear mascot costume for an adult to wear. It was to surprise one of our co-workers on her birthday. We thought about what we could do that would be fun and unexpected, and someone suggested we get a costume character to show up and give her flowers and a couple of other fun presents. This is her last birthday with the company before she leaves so we wanted to do something fun and also unexpected. I called a few places but couldn't really find the right one, either they didn't have any mascots available or they had the basic kids stuff like Elmo or Mickey Mouse. But we wanted something not from a kids tv show. Someone I work with found this place online and it worked out PERFECT. They had a really fun , cute little adult sized bear mascot costume which they rent out. You can order it online and they ship it right to you. Since we wanted it to be a surprise, instead of having it shipped to our business we just had it sent to the home of someone who works in the company. Then we brought it in a big plastic bag to work and hid it away in a closet for the right time. It worked out great, she was super surprised and everyone had a good laugh. She loved it and she was very touched that we thought about her to do something special on her bday. The costume looked great, we had a lady here about 5/4 wear it I think it would still have fit someone much bigger, basically seemed like a one size fits all type deal. It was simple to wear and fairly comfortable for the person inside. The company was easy to deal with and we got a UPS tracking number so we always knew ahead of time what day it was coming. Easy process and it worked for our budget and what we were trying to do for the party. read more

RUDE!! RUDE!! RUDE!! I was looking to hire a super hero for my daughter's birthday and I happened to stumble on this website... I called the number and left a message explaining what I needed, and simply asked for someone to return my call... Well, I did not get a phone call. I got a text instead, asking for $275 not including for 45min show. When all the other competitors run from $99-195 for an hour! I simply said thanks anyway but that price is out of control. His response was "we don't really care about doing stuff for cheep last min". I was just speechless that a kids party character rental bussiness owner would be so unprofessional and rude. Why the heck would I want to hire anyone from him? I went back to read the reviews, How this site has even three stars I don't know. Jef or whatever the heck his name is. Was an A &@@ I will not recommend anyone to even bother calling this place, because you most likely will get a rude text back with smart comments. Let's not let jerks like this continue with a bussiness that is suppose to entertain our children. I did find someone that was great and it sure was not $275. Oh I forgot to mention just like everyone else on here, I also had a time frame to text him back or else lol. Buddy you are not going anywhere with your attitude like this. I was looking to order a baby shark costume and he sounded like he was strung out on drugs and not helpful so I backed out and than he messages my phone calling me a bad mother and saying he feels bad for my kids and he's rich. Please don't give any man like this business. I've never in my 28 years of life experienced something like this. read more

My granddaughter's second birthday party was fun but when the smurfs showed up the party really started! I heard one little girl asking "Are those the real smurfs?" And then saying to them " I've seen your movie nine times!!" They danced and held the kids, they weren't scary at all for them. All of the kids had a great time hugging them and sitting on their laps. I will welcome these folks anytime. Thanks so much! read more

The preschool that I work at as an admin recently had an event at the school for the kids and families. We usually do this once a year, we skipped it last year because of covid obviously. So this year we really wanted to be able to do something fun since it had been a while. We usually bring in some type of entertainment for the kids but right now with covid we're still not supposed to bring in outside vendors onto our property for insurance reasons, because it's for kids and the covid risk is high our insurance won't cover that. But we still wanted to do something so one of the parents who had used this company before suggested why not rent a mascot costume and do that. She had hired this place for a mascot entertainer for her kid's birthday. It seemed like a good, covid safe but still fun option. Right now the kids that age (3-4 mostly) are really into Daniel Tiger and fortunately this place has that costume available for rent. They talked me through how to place the order it was actually pretty simple. Just basics like party date, address etc. You sign a form online saying you agree to return it after the party, which makes sense. And we ended up getting a great deal it was only $200 and we got to keep the costume for 4 whole days. I think they gave us a little bit of a price break because we are a school and also because we were referred by another parent. It worked out great, the costume looked amazing, it fit good and the teachers took turns wearing it. A couple of the parents volunteered to wear it as well. This is a good option for our events and they have a great selection so it's likely we'll go back to them when we do this next year or possibly at xmas time. read more

I used this company to hire a Cocomelon character as a surprise singing telegram type thing for one of our managers. It wasn't for a kids party or anything like that, actually for a grownup man who's pretty much of a nerd ha ha. For whatever reason he loves Cocomelon so on his bday as kind of a joke type thing we rented out a Cocomelon mascot to come out to the office and surprise him with a little bday gift. He actually loved it and thought it was super fun. He was dancing with the character and acting like a total dork but it made everyone laugh and was a good ice - breaker for the day. I would say this would be something kinda fun to do once in a while to break up the monotony or surprise a co worker or just add some fun to the routine of same old same old. We split the cost between like 14 people and so it was only like $15 per person which is a great way to make someone's day on their birthday. read more

I ended up using this place to hire a Cinderella party princess entertainer for a group of 6 year old girls. It was a birthday party and we wanted someone who would do some facepainting and maybe make balloon animal twists or do simple party games, maybe some songs. This place had a few options for party packages including one where the Cinderella paints faces. We used her for 2 hours to make sure she had the time to do all 25 kids. She managed to get everyone in and at the end there was about 20 minutes available where we gathered everyone around and took pictures and sang happy birthday with the cake. It was really cute cause by that time everyone already had their faces done. The girl they sent to portray Cinderella was really sweet and professional and her costume looked very nice. The main thing is the kids had fun and the birthday girl got to say that the real Cinderella had come to her party. Definitely worth it for the price. read more

We wanted to do something extra fun for the all the kids running around at our Fourth of July bbq block party. Seriously, every kid in the neighborhood was there l. We had the usual, a jumper and a waterslide to keep the kids cool, next step was to hire some type of party entertainment. I've been to some big gatherings before where they had a facepainter for the kids and that always seemed like a fun idea!! I actually had this places name and number from a past event I was at where I saw the facepainter Julie and she gave it to me. I was glad that she was also available for our party. Good thing I hired her like 2.5 months in advance cause I know the 4th is craaaaazy buzzyyyyy! She came out, brought all her materials and supplies, we set her up in a little corner table in the shade. All the kids got a turn and, from what I see, they pretty much all got their faces painted and absolutely loved it. Super fun addition to your 4th party and well worth what we paid her. Gave her a $40 tip for 3 hours of her time and she was fantastic!! She was so sweet she even worked without a break to get everyone done in time So of course we invited her to stay and have some bbq!! Julia she was just positively awesome!!! The kids can't wait to have her at a party again :) read more

We rented Poppy for a birthday party. Jeff was very responsive to emails, usually received a reply within the hour. He's a nice guy to deal with. The costume arrived a day early, which was nice except it was missing gloves, we just bought simple white gloves and it was no big deal. Poppy's head is really big. You need to make sure to stuff the head with a towel or two. The costume looked great and the kids LOVED it and it defiantly made the party a blast. I do recommend renting a costume for your event. We did several rehearsals beforehand. Returning the costume was easy and had no issues. read more

We were having a Monsters Inc theme party for a 4 year old boy and we were trying to figure out some type of entertainment to go along with that theme. We did hire a Monsters Inc style bouncy house but we also wanted something else for the kids to do like maybe some type of entertainment or something related to that theme. I looked around online and didn't see much but then one of my google searches I saw a pic of a Sully mascot costume character. It looked really nice and when I clicked the link it brought me to this company that rents out costume characters and they have Sully! (They also have Mike but we couldn't afford to get both at the same time so we just went with sully cause that's the most popular one for sure). I'm so happy I found this place cause it was basically exactly what we were looking for. They send out live party characters to entertain the kids and do fun little games and stuff. We didn't need a lot of activities because these were all basically pretty young kids, but the stuff they came out with to do with the kids was great. Everyone had fun and they were all super excited to meet Sully in person! Also I have to say their costume looked REALLY good, very professional and definitely like the real character. Worked out just great for our theme. I see they have a lot of other type of characters so we might do another one next time around maybe a girl character like a Minnie Mouse or Frozen Elsa or something like that. Good place to look for characters and also just kid's party entertainment in general. read more

We used this place to rent a little mobile petting zoo for a children's party we had in June. We wanted to do something with an animal theme because most of the kids were around ages 3 - 6 and they all really like little animals at that age. We wanted to have an animal zoo that would include animals that were good for little kids and obviously not too big or too scary. This place offers a nice mix of kid - friendly animals like bunnies, chickens and baby chicks and also baby goats a couple sheep and some ducks. All of the animals were really good for little kids. They came out to our location and set up a little fenced in area to keep all the animals inside. The animals were all very clean and seemed to be well taken care of. They all seemed used to being around children because they were fine with being petted and also the kids got to feed them as well. The company sent out a staff member named Amanda to help out and supervise the kids while the zoo was there. It all went really smoothly and it was definitely what we were looking for. read more

I was looking for something fun to do with a group of 4 year olds during the quarantine at a birthday party. There's not a lot of options in my area and of the ones that there are, a few of them I didn't think would be a good idea. Like renting a bouncehouse like we've done a couple of times, seems too risky with the kids jumping close together and touching all the surfaces. Eventually I found out that you can rent some mascot costumes from this place online, and they will deliver them to you to use at your party. Sounds like a fun, basically safe idea. I asked them about how they clean and sterilize the costumes after they get used and I was satisfied that they were aware of the situation and taking care of it. I got a Vampirina mascot rental because right now that is a trendy character that kids that age know. The costume looked really nice, I was actually surprised at the condition considering it's a rental and not brand new. However, they told me they clean and update their costumes often and this one showed it. It kind of helps that it's a newer character so it hasn't been rented out a ton of times already. The price was definitely within our budget and actually seemed like a pretty decent deal since you get to keep the costume for the whole weekend. There's probably other ways you can keep kids occupied during normal times, but during the corona quarantine this seems like a good way to handle it. read more

Recently I was trying to figure out what I could do for a Sesame Street theme toddler party during the corona quarantine. There wasn't too much available which kinda sucked. Kids aren't really going to understand why they can't have a birthday party and we wanted to do something to break up the monotony of just staying indoors all the time. Our plan to hire a live costume character entertainer pretty much went out the window because of covid. Buttttttttttt while searching around online I did stumble across this place, which really fit the bill. They rent out the actual mascot costumes for you to use at your own party. They don't send out a live performer (well sometimes they do, but not during the quarantine). You just rent the suit and then you can wear it yourself. It's basically the same thing as inviting a paid party character except you are the person wearing the costume. Seemed like a great solution during the whole quarantine lockdown, so we went for it. Good choice, it ended up working out great. We ordered an Elmo mascot costume for adults. The suit fit really well, was really hot to wear which would be the biggest downside probably in renting the costume yourself. But as a way to keep a party fun and still give the kids a treat for a birthday party during corona, it's a can't miss idea. There's actually a big upside to renting it yourself which is, no time limit on how long the character can be at the party. If you want to hire an actual performer it's like $225 for an hour. But for about $150 we got to keep the costume the whole weekend, so as far as fitting a budget you can't ask for much more than that. For small kids and a limited budget, renting a mascot costume from this place is probably a good way to go. Hopefully the virus will be over soon and we can all go back to normal kid's party stuff, but in the meantime this was a cool option. I've actually used this place once before but never took the time to leave online feedback. I used them last year to rent a Snoopy mascot costume and this year I hired them again to send a Peppa Pig party character to a little girl's birthday party. Both times I talked to the owner Jeff who was helpful and got back to me fast. The 2nd time we had to throw something together kind of last second due to corona. We had a much bigger party planned but oh well, we had to scale back about a week before. But for little kids you don't really have to do anything over the top, they are pretty happy to be able to meet the character in person. The birthday girl looooooooves Peppa Pig so that fit perfectly with our theme. The lady who came to wear the mascot I think her name was Jenna or Jennifer, she did a great job and the kids had a lot of fun. I was happy that even with all the crazy corona stuff going on we could still find a way to give the kids a fun party. read more

We were doing a school health and safety awareness day for a bunch of K thru 2nd graders for the Spring holiday week. It was right before Easter so we were basically doing a whole day carnival with lots of stuff for the kids to do, but also with some type of learning or educational theme. For nutritional awareness we thought it would be fun to have a Doc McStuffins costume character come and visit with the children. I mean, she's a doctor right? Also she is a good positive role model. We called around and this company definitely had the best Doc McStuffins costume, and they were nice enough to offer us a nice package price because we are a school. We hired their character performer to come out to our carnival and meet the kids for two hours. It was really fun and the kids and parents loved it. It fit right in with our theme and any way we can find to help make learning fun for the kids is totally worth it. I found the company very responsive and good communication overall. Their price was reasonable and it's nice that they are able to offer dicsounts to schools as a way of giving back to the community. They've been around for 30 years so it definitely feels like dealing with a small local business and not some impersonal chain. I felt like they tailored their service to meet our specific needs and were happy to do so. Really nice to get that personal touch when dealing with kid's events. read more

Our school used this company to rent an adult sized Snoopy mascot for an event we had for the children and families of our students. It's an annual event we do in the Fall. This was the first year we ever tried to hire any type of mascot costume rental or character, but we thought it would be nice to try something different. We really didn't know what to expect or even exactly what direction we wanted to go in. However, after looking at this company's website it looked like they have a bunch of really cool kid's party character mascot costumes available to rent. We ended up going with a Snoopy mascot rental because it seems to fit in more with the Fall type theme. Snoopy was a big hit, and it added a nice little extra touch to our event. The costume had a couple little tears along the feet part, but no one could notice. It is a rental item so it seems like normal wear and tear. I reported it to the company and they took a note of it and made no charges. If you just want a costume to wear for one or two days, this place would be a good option. read more

We just contacted Funfactory to try to arrange to have a facepainter come out to our Fall Festival. We thought we'd have about 100 kids ended up with about maybe 70 or so. But we wanted to have some fun things for them to do at the Festival and usually we get facepainters because both boys and girls seem to like that. We actually ended up hiring TWO people because we thought we'd have more kids than actually came out or who were all there at the same time. But it was still great because the 2 ladies that came out Judy and Marlene were just great. The kids loved getting their faces painted and because we had 2 people and fewer kids than we expected there was plenty of time for them to do nice, complicated designs. Their work was great and it was clean and the kept it all moving along nice and fast. Really nice work and they couldn't have been more friendly with the kids. It's important when you hire someone to interact with children that they have the right mindset and patience and these two definitely did. I used this company when I was having a unicorn theme party. We had the whole party in unicorn style from decorations to even a unicorn theme bouncehouse. It was all perfect, but what could make it better than to have an actual unicorn come out to the party?? That sounds pretty crazy and I wasn't even sure if I was even going to be able to find something along those lines. I did some google searches and came across this place. I couldn't believe it but they actually have unicorn style pony rentals available! They sent me out some sample pics and I have to say it was PERECT for what I was looking for. It was a white rainbow colored pony with an actual unicorn horn on it's head! Wow! I would have loved to have been able to have somethig like this at a party when I was a kid lol! Apparently this is a more popular party theme these days then I realize, they told me that they actually rent a ton of them and I can see why because it really looks nice. Also the pony is large enough that kids up to about abes 8-9 years old can actually ride on it. So it was great for our party theme, great for the kids and wow did we get some great pictures. We rented a combo bouncer slide inflatable from here for a 9 year old birthday party we had in October. We were overall pretty happy with the style and the quality of the bouncer. It was big enough to hold about 20 kids which was more than what we had but it was fine because all the kids had lots of room to bounce around and go crazy on it. It was a pretty basic style nothing super fancy and no real theme but that was what we wanted just something plain. The bday boy is 9 so he's pretty much over the characters like Elmo and Barney and all that stuff. Basically we just wanted something large enough for all the kids to go on and to have it long enough that it would be there for our entire party. We ended up paying around $350 which included the delivery so that's not bad for a big jumper for the entire day. I don't remember the exact measurements but it was something like 24x22 which is a good sizing for that price range. They come in different sizes and the company worked with me to figure out which one would be the best fit for our backyard. The process was easy and on the day of the party it all went really smooth. The delivery guy came out about 3 hours before our party was even started and it was all set up and ready in plenty of time. Jumper looked like it was either new or had been taken very good care of, spotlessly clean with no stains or tears or anything. Overall for what we paid and the quality of the rental we ended up with it was really good for our party. I would use them again if we do something similar in the future or maybe even get something bigger if we have the space for it or do it in the park near our house. read more
