It kept repopulating the questionaire section and would not let me lock in the class. Plus you have to make a whole account and get put on an email list that will fill up your inbox. Annoying in 2026 but oh well. Get to a computer and see the class my friend is in is now full. Wouldn't have been an issue if the website worked on my iphone - there were still open spots when I originally looked. Okay i'll sign up for a standby spot. Credit card is charged. Figured it's like a hotel and it's a hold charge. No spots open up so I am not invited to attend class. Wait two weeks for my credit card to refund and it never does. 5-7 business days is standard, right? Wait until business hours to call and no one answeres the phone. Send and email alerting that i'm due for a refund. The next day I check my emails and see that they have signed my up for a "$200 NONREFUNDABLE" new client package?? Excuse me? Contact them and am told they charged me "by accident" and will refund. And if i'd never brought it to your attention were you going to catch your accident? Mind you I saw the email an entire day later and no one had caught it yet. WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS.

Unfortunately, the experience didn't match what I hoped for. After signing up, there was no orientation video, no instructions, and very little communication. When I arrived, the door was locked because a class was in session, so I waited outside in the cold. When the door finally opened, the receptionist didn't seem to understand that I was new and unsure of what to do. Only after a moment did she let the instructor know I was there. The instructor gave me a very quick one‑minute explanation, but if you don't already have solid reformer experience, you're basically left to guess. There was no tour, no explanation of where things are, and no place to store your bag--you just put your belongings next to the machine. I'm also not a fan of putting my bag on the floor (yes, I'm superstitious), so that was an immediate downside for me. The class itself was interesting, but without a real orientation, it was more frustrating than enjoyable. This studio seems geared toward people who are already very experienced, not beginners. There was also no sense of community; the whole experience felt very transactional. I paid $39 for a week pass, and honestly, I regret spending the money. That said, the fact that I didn't feel welcome or supported shouldn't stop someone with strong reformer experience from trying it. If you're already comfortable with this style of workout, you may have a very different experience than I did.

Everyone asked me if I'm on Ozempic but "no" I say "it's just from starting Pilates". I use to lift heavy heavy weights at the gym and bulked a lot. And I tried other reformed style Pilates studios and they were just too easy. Then I read the reviews on this studio with it being a bit more of a challenging workout & it's also close to my house so I decided to give it a try week startup special. I was hooked and decided to join. Within a month or two my clothes fit better and I saw a better tone in my arms, abs and legs. All the instructors here are so nice and I can always get into a class usually by booking the night before or sometimes even the day of. I love how there's a class every hour too so I usually just go when it's convenient with my work schedule. The studio is so clean and it's all different levels too so you don't ever feel uncomfortable. My daughter Brea even just joined as well and now she's hooked!! I will keep referring you Reformed Pilates Chandler!! Wish I would have found you sooner!

This is reworking my body in all the right places. Feel better, have more energy, and have found muscles I didn't know existed in my legs, and bottom. Plus, and sleeping better! It's great for sculpting and toning, as well as strengthening your core, yet it's SO much more! The instructors are amazing, and LOVE there is different music and routines for every class, plus the instructor motivating you to keep on it, only "10 more." You do YOU. Love the instructor saying "for more challenging, do this...or if you need less challenging, do this." Positive environment and unless you've tried Pure Barre workouts, you haven't worked out imo!

The Zumba instructor was energetic, positive and friendly. She pushed us to do our best, and kept encouraging us. You get your first group class free otherwise they are $10 each. You can purchase packages as well. When I checked in on Yelp today, the check in offer is 2 punches on your punch card. I will make this my every Saturday Zumba workout spot!

What I mean by that is that a good goal for someone who hasn't done this yet is 10 minutes in the hot room. The staff there didn't really seem to get that there are people who need to start off with 1/3 or even less of the recommended 30 minute workout . They don't tell you that - they treat everyone the same . If you never worked out before - just try to do a 10 minute workout and you will have done an A+ job. The barre classes are such a hard workout, it is one of those burns so good kinda way. I am not much of a gym person so this is getting me to work out and doing something I enjoy. The instructors are great! There are other classes too such as yoga, mat Pilates, and reformer Pilates. Every class I have tried is great, although the most burn I get is the barre class. If you get a chance to try it out, go straight to their website or walk-in to see about special discounts.

Melissa, the owner of the studio, is committed to keeping the heart and soul of pilates alive, and I feel really grateful to learn from her!
