    I order an Alpine TRX sim racer on 15 August. After the order was in processing status after 10 days I gave them a call. They were responsive, and told me that they would look into it. I called again at 21 days, Charles let me know that the orgin company was having issues. This was confirmed by Trak racer us on reddit. We spoke continuously after this conversation. Things were resolved on 17 September, I received my order status update and confirmation codes. I also had an issue with FEDEX, they delivered to the wrong state. I was able to keep track of everything using the tracking numbers provide by FFP customer service. Everyone that I interacted with treated me with kindness and respect.

    Great customer service, would highly recommend this business to anyone. Made my car look amazing.

    I'm going to go against the grain on this one. I ordered a $650.00 Carbon Fiber hood scoop for my Ford Raptor. After two weeks, I hadn't heard anything and tried to call. I was placed on hold for 40 minutes and gave up. Later, I tried again and just left it on hold while I worked in the garage, waiting for someone to pick up. Eventually, the call was hung up at the other end. I went online and happened to see all these negative reviews and thought I would be in for a battle to get my part. I sent an email and requested that my order be cancelled. The email was answered saying they had been swamped by Black Friday orders and phone issues. This was Monday and they said my part would ship by Wednesday. When I read through the reviews, it seems others were getting the same story. I had purchased the part with my capitol One card and figured I would have to wait until Friday and give them a chance to ship before I tried to dispute the charge. Well.....on Tuesday evening, I got a notice they had created a label, which can be done without really shipping the part. However, the next day, the part was at FedEx and enroute. I know this is a small company and I'm guessing they got overwhelmed with orders. I know it's no excuse, but I eventually got the part. It was $200.00 less than any other offerings.

    This company and the owner are a bunch of thieves. DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I ordered lowering springs from these jokers back in Dec 7, 2022 and they ghosted me for 5 months. I've made repeated attempts to contact them to cancel my order. April 18, 2023 I get a random email stating they are shipping my item. I immediately replied stating I don't want the item anymore and I don't even have the vehicle anymore. Their response was to sell it locally or on eBay.. what company tells you this? Complete trash. Against Don't buy from these thieves. I've reported them to the BBB and everywhere I can.

    I recently shared that Charles sent me the wrong product then charged me a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping. He then proceeded to bill me for the correct part, after he told me could not ship until the other refund had been. Meanwhile, I had purchased the part elsewhere. He refuted my claim, saying I got to him. He is a liar. Here is a photo of the debit from my checking account Charles likes to mention that it states in all sales agreements that there is 15% restocking fee. There was no paperwork involved in my transaction with him. It was all handled verbally, over the phone. So many negative reviews about this place, notice I did not call it a business, they speak volumes about Charles. He paints himself as the victim. But he is anything but a victim. He is a victimizer. He likes to twist things around. He even accused me of harassing his employees when I did was suggest they check out the reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!

    Mixed Experience but Great Service from Anthony…read more I came to Pep Boys for a quick Lyft inspection, which usually takes about ten minutes. I didn't realize an appointment was required, and when I first arrived an employee snapped at me about needing one. Not the warmest welcome, and it definitely caught me off guard. I went back to my car, scheduled an appointment online for 45 minutes later, and returned. This time, the experience was completely different. The woman at the front desk was kind, welcoming, and let me know the inspection would only take a few minutes. Anthony handled the actual inspection. He seemed quiet and introverted, but he was polite, efficient, and made the process smooth. The inspection was brief but thorough, and I appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Overall, the visit started off rocky but ended on a positive note thanks to the staff who helped me during my appointment, especially Anthony.

    I visited this location on March 15 to replace four tires on my work vehicle. I was told the job…read morewould take about 2 hours, but it ended up taking 3.5 hours. After that, they told me that two of the tires they installed were the wrong size and asked me to come back within three days to have them replaced. At that point, I was already frustrated with the wasted time and the need to return. I came back on Tuesday as instructed. The employee who helped me seemed unsure and told me it would take about an hour to confirm if they could fix the issue. After waiting 2 hours, I finally got my vehicle back. As soon as I got on the road, the car started shaking badly, so I had to return again. They rebalanced the wheels, which took another hour. By then, I had already spent around 6-8 hours dealing with this. A week later, I discovered that all four tires were losing air. On top of that, the TPMS system was not programmed correctly, and my dashboard showed incorrect tire positions. I tried going to other Pep Boys locations, but every time I was told the minimum wait time was 2 hours. Given how much time I had already lost, I couldn't afford to keep missing work. I called the company directly, explained the situation, and they scheduled me at a location near my home. I showed up at 8 AM for my appointment, only to be told the technician wouldn't be available for another 2 hours. At that point, I gave up and went to another tire shop, where they helped me immediately. Overall, I will go anywhere else for tire service but Pep Boys. I have never experienced such poor service from a chain. The staff were unprofessional, and their ability to fix their own mistakes was extremely disappointing.

    I don't leave reviews often, but this one is earned…read more This was my first time ever upgrading suspension, so I had a LOT of questions going in. I brought my 2026 RAM 1500 Rebel in for a full BDS suspension system with Fox 2.5 Performance Elite shocks, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Taylor was phenomenal. He didn't just sell me parts -- he educated me. We went back and forth on lift height, wheel specs, offset, and tire width. At one point I was leaning toward running a 12-inch wide tire. Taylor recommended stepping down to an 11-inch instead for better ride quality and less road noise. I'm incredibly glad I listened. The truck looks aggressive, sits perfectly, and the road noise is almost nonexistent. The ride is smooth, controlled, and better than I expected. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting customers into the right setup -- not just the biggest one. Install was clean. Alignment is spot on. No vibrations, no weird noises, no shortcuts. If you're building a truck and want someone who actually knows what they're talking about and takes the time to walk you through it, ask for Taylor. Outstanding experience.

I had an AirIQ compressor system installed to control my rear load-leveling airbags via Bluetooth, along with a front-end alignment and adjustments to eliminate some tire rub from larger tires. From start to finish, the work was incredible--clean, efficient, and done right the first time. Their communication was clear and purposeful, making sure I understood every step. The very next day, I ran into some connectivity issues with the Bluetooth system. Without hesitation, Phillipe and Taylor had me come in immediately, no appointment needed, and took care of me on the spot. That kind of customer service is rare these days! A special shoutout to Andres, the service tech who originally installed the compressor. Within minutes of me arriving, he had the system back online. Not only that, he noticed some exposed "hot" wires where electrical tape had come loose and, without being asked, installed heat-shrink shielding to ensure everything was properly protected. That extra attention to detail and genuine care for the customer's vehicle is what makes this shop stand out.
