The month prior to the party, we met at the site and walked the space to get a visual of where everything was going and all extra details. The day of the grad party, Erika and her assist, Suzy, arrived on time and ready to set up. We had ordered: entrance signage and balloons out front of the venue, five balloon bunches as table toppers, a large gold ring w/ balloons and a cream lounge chair, I even ordered tablecloths for the dining tables from Erika. The balloon gold ring back drop (for the photo ops) was SO adorable, everyone loved it. The table balloon bunches were perfect on the dining tables and the ribbons too, on the bunches were beautiful, many strings of ribbon and bows. It was beyond perfection and made the room so adorable. Erika and Suzy also came back after the party was over and gathered their items and helped tear down the balloons, which I really appreciated. Lina stepped up for us and helped put together a FANTASTIC party. She transformed a businesslike boardroom into a magical place for a ceremony. She provided the tables, chairs, curtains, most of the decorations, and did the floral pieces as well. She coordinated with our vendors and helped make the ceremony and luncheon one that my parents and their guests will remember forever. In addition to all the setup and coordination, she suggested a photo booth that would print out photos right there that all our guests enjoyed. We could not have done it without her and would gladly recommend her to anyone.

Once we eventually got our photos back we could see just how badly she had done. She used fake flowers when we paid for real, used the literal cheapest decor everywhere possible. We were sold a dream and were left with unlit tacky candles, plastic walls, exposed sand bags and BARE minimum decor. Practically everything she did for us was CHEAP and TACKY. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When we reached out for a refund she agreed (clearly she knew she didn't do a good job) but when it was time to pay us she ghosted us for a year despite multiple efforts. Stay far away!!!

I dont think some of these reviews Ive seen are legitimate and by that i mean the bad reviews!!! Because not 1 time have they not came through and delivered! Juanita the owner is fighting Lupus yet even during a flare up shes either present and helping or she send a team that can handle business! The rentals were in perfect condition -- from the chairs to the glassware and linens, everything looked beautiful and matched our vision perfectly. The staffing team was equally incredible. The servers were professional, friendly, and so attentive to our guests' needs. They made the whole night feel effortless, taking care of details behind the scenes so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. Our guests even commented on how efficient and kind the staff was! Our only issue was with the bartenders, they were pouring tiny shots and told the mother of the bride no, twice.. otherwise everything was great. We can't recommend JQ Events enough for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality rentals and an outstanding team. They truly helped make our wedding day stress-free and unforgettable. Hiring Bryanna as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding! From the moment the day started, she kept everything on track and made sure all of our vendors were in sync. We didn't have to worry about a thing -- if any hiccups came up that I needed to know about, she would talk to me about them and deal with them immediately and she handled everything so smoothly. She truly allowed us to be present and enjoy our day without stress. Our families and wedding party kept commenting on how organized and calm everything felt, and we know that's because of Bryanna If you're considering a day-of coordinator, do yourself a favor and book Bryanna!
