My wife and I used Memorable Events for our wedding on 9/7. Over all, it was a good experience…read more We really only need a couple hundred glasses for our bar service and they had nice looking glassware. They were communicative and friendly. The reason for the 4/5 stars is because their delivery and pick up prices are crazy in my opinion (maybe im out of touch, who knows). It cost $250 to rent 200 cocktail glasses (reasonable, i think?). It cost an additional $500 for delivery and pick up. They are located in Rancho and our event was Cool, CA (near auburn), its about 30 miles from their store front but if I recall correctly, their storage/self pick up is in Roseville. It was $300 for their delivery and they said because our pick up was after hours (10pm), it cost an additional $200. I get it, they have to pay drivers, gas, etc but for an events company that deals with a lot of weddings, you would assume picking up the items same day is not a crazy ask, especially because a lot of venues have back to back weddings friday-sunday. All in cost for 200 bar glasses was $776. Overall, i'm happy nothing went wrong, they were very pleasant to work with and im stoked to not have to plan another wedding again LOL.

For a small wedding, we had a fantastic experience getting party rentals from Celebrations in…read moreLincoln. We rented tables, chairs, linens glassware and table settings. We originally reserved some items a year in advance and made several changes throughout the year and they easily revised the contract right up to the time of the event. Ordering on the website made it easy, and they offer some different options. We particularly liked the walnut farm tables with the oversized table runner and gold beaded glass chargers. Everything had to be delivered to two sites 100 miles from their store and the deliveries were on time and the delivery people were very willing to drop the items where we needed them. Thank you to Celebrations and we would happily use them again!

We ended up leaving before being helped because we had to go meet with another wedding vendor. The staff apologized and made an appointment for us to go back. The second time we went it was empty but there was only 1 staff there and she was very occupied with admin work. She told us to look around, after we made a decision she let us know everything we picked was booked. We were still a year out from our wedding, we did have a 320 guest count so maybe larger than usual, but I would've appreciated if she would've told us which linens she had enough of instead of having us go back and forth picking different options just for her to say they didn't have enough. Wasn't too impressed.

The month prior to the party, we met at the site and walked the space to get a visual of where everything was going and all extra details. The day of the grad party, Erika and her assist, Suzy, arrived on time and ready to set up. We had ordered: entrance signage and balloons out front of the venue, five balloon bunches as table toppers, a large gold ring w/ balloons and a cream lounge chair, I even ordered tablecloths for the dining tables from Erika. The balloon gold ring back drop (for the photo ops) was SO adorable, everyone loved it. The table balloon bunches were perfect on the dining tables and the ribbons too, on the bunches were beautiful, many strings of ribbon and bows. It was beyond perfection and made the room so adorable. Erika and Suzy also came back after the party was over and gathered their items and helped tear down the balloons, which I really appreciated. The two ladies go above and beyond. If you are planning a party and are even thinking of decor ideas, reach out to Erika.
