We wanted a balloon artist only as there was a splash/water area and we felt paint would just get messed up. Not only did she contact me to confirm a week before but also the day before with the arrival time. She even added 5 free cotton candies because of being short on the design of the original bag she had sent in a pic. The cotton candy was truly delicious and I'm an aficionado of cotton candy.
