Amazing professional service from Rainbow Moments!!! Very great at communicating, offered an invoice and had timely delivery and pickup the day of the party. We chose them over another company because of their reviews and also the fact they offered an invoice along with the deposit to hold on the party date. Appreciate that so much. Fair pricing as well, similar companies offered the same package for 2-3 TIMES more, so thank you for the fair pricing!!! Our tech that showed up to set up and tear down was on time and amazing! Our kids had a BLAST we HIGHLY recommend Rainbow Moments! Can't wait to book our next party with you guys!! read more

Beyond impressed and exceeded my expectations! Here is some background: I was planning a bday party for my daughter. We wanted a balloon artist only as there was a splash/water area and we felt paint would just get messed up. The artist arrived on time but to both of our confusion there had been a miscommunication and she only arrived with face paint. This turned into a happy accident for several reasons. 1. The day was gray and gloomy and colder than it had been. 2. The kiddos weren't that interested in the water play. 3. She is an amazing painter and her work is both beautiful and fast! I would recommend and contact this individual for future events! Extremely happy with the outcome! read more

If I could give 10 s, I would. I rented a bounce house for my twin granddaughters 3rd bday and ordered cotton candy. Not only did she contact me to confirm a week before but also the day before with the arrival time. She even added 5 free cotton candies because of being short on the design of the original bag she had sent in a pic. The cotton candy was truly delicious and I'm an aficionado of cotton candy. Delivery was seamless and the bounce house was loved by all. Pickup was communicated later that day and he arrived as scheduled. My daughter is going to use Rainbow Moments for her son's first bday because of how the service was. If you need anything party related for children, don't hesitate using Rainbow Moments. Extremely disappointed with this company. The customer service was not only rude but also unhelpful. Their lack of professionalism made the experience frustrating, and I would strongly recommend looking for other options. There are far better face painting companies that actually value their customers and don't make them feel devalued. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. read more
