The staff member was really flexible and answered all my questions ensuring everything would be set up smoothly and on time for the party. On the morning of the party I received a text from the delivery person letting me know he was on his way to set up. The is gave me enough time to head over to the park and and meet him. We picked a spot for the bounce house, discussed a few house rules (no sharp objects or liquid in the bounce house) and less than 15 minutes later the kids were bouncing away. Don't be fooled by the generic company name. They have a great selection of designs, reservations are easily made and paid for online. Confirmations are sent via email and someone will contact you closer to the party date. I really appreciate their user friendly system, variety, availability, efficiency and excellent customer service.
