Princess Bridget with Sevilla was truly the highlight of my daughter's 5th birthday party! Having her come as Ariel was hands down the best decision we made. She arrived in a beautiful, spot-on costume and immediately captivated all the kids. She came fully prepared with fun, engaging activities that kept the girls entertained the entire hour, and her patience was incredible. She also had the most amazing singing voice. What impressed me most was how she stayed completely in character the whole time--it felt like the real Ariel was right there with us! She made my daughter feel so special and created such a magical experience we'll never forget. I can't recommend Princess Bridget enough! And she said she does other process characters as well. Sevilla was also the most responsive and accommodating company to work with from beginning to end. They made the booking process so easy for a busy mom trying to plan a party. Highly recommended for any of your party needs. read more

AMAZING and Top notch service. It was so easy to book with them and they are 100% reliable. I highly recommend them. We booked a Disney character and a balloon artist with them. Ariel showed up with Moana and they were both amazing and talented. Ariel was super talented and we all felt like we were transported to Disneyland. She stayed in character the entire time. Make sure to TIP your characters and artists! They put so much hard work in what they do. I repeat - highly recommend them! Call them now. they will elevate any party. Thank you Sevilla Magic FX for making our daughter's 8th birthday so memorable. She will never forget this day. read more

From the very beginning of this process the service was 5 stars! Booking Hulk was easy, fast responses and great communication. Hulk and his team made my son's 5th birthday absolutely amazing! The Hulk costume is fantastic! The way he interacted with the kids and the adults was truly magical! I would use this company again in a heart beat! read more

We found Sevilla Magic FX when I was struggling to find a company that had a live action Little Mermaid for my daughter's birthday party. Julio was super responsive and the process to book was really easy. He confirmed the day before, and Jordynn showed up with no issues. She was FANTASTIC, and the kids loved interacting with her. The most hysterical moment happened when she asked one of the kids what his favorite food was, and he said sushi. Her look of shock was so natural! The kids definitely thought she was the real Ariel. We would 100% recommend this company, and we will use them again in the future. read more

I booked Spiderman for grandkids birthday. My grandson loves Spiderman. I originally booked them for early March, then it rained every weekend in March. They were so kind in letting me reschedule twice. When the day finally came Spider showed up on time and stayed a full hour. He was amazing with the kids. This was some of the best money ever spent. I highly recommend and would definitely do it again. The joy it gave my grand kids was priceless. I really appreciate how accommodating they were about letting me reschedule twice. read more

I can't give ZERO stars because that's what this company gave me. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I booked a Spiderman character back in Feb/March, early enough to get things planned for my son's birthday party for end of April. Fast forward to the day of the party and noticed that our ordered character was 15 minutes late. I contacted SMFX for spideman's whereabouts because our little ones were getting restless. I get a return call from SMFX saying that Spiderman OVERLOOKED his schedule and will be at our event in 30 minutes. My son's party was in a time specific reserved space and by the time Spiderman arrives, he would only have 10 minutes to entertain 25 4-5 year olds. I was then furious as I know this would break my son's heart. I told SMFX I want a refund and I will tell ALL the parents that attended our party to NEVER book with a flaky company. I should have trusted my gut and confirmed with SMFX the day before. They confirmed 4 days prior to the event and never confirmed the day before. SMFX kept on apologizing and there is no way to understand that trying to make up this moment with children is long gone. He wanted to enjoy a special character he admired with his friends and texting to give my son a private visit will not make up the moment you wasted. You had your moment to shine and you totally blew it. This is not a company to depend on for adding special glitter to your child's day. I'm sure my event means NOTHING to this company but I will always remember to never handle business with them ever again since they deal with a child's special day. read more

We hired Princess Elsa for our daughter's 4th birthday, and she was incredible. She kept all of the little girls busy for 90 minutes with princess training, story time, a snowball game, singing and dancing. She stayed perfectly in character the whole time, even while the kids asked her tons of questions about Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and Belle. Her singing voice was amazing! This was a great experience, from when I first called and someone answered the phone and gave me all the info I needed (compared to two other companies I contacted first because they were closer to where I live, but I left multiple messages and never heard from anyone), to Elsa showing up on time and being totally amazing. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so special. read more

This company was amazing!!! I booked Spiderman and the Black Panther for my son's birthday party and they were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make his day special. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend them. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Sevilla Magic Fx saved the day with a last minute booking just a few hours prior to party as the spiderman we booked elsewhere cancelled on us. Julio communicated fast and was able to secure spider-man for us!!!! Spider-man (Drew) was amazing!!! He got there a little early to call and go over his entrance and plans for the children. My son was sooooo shocked and excited. Drew did an amazing job and even the adults felt like it was truly spiderman there. He had many fun activities planned for the kids and gave my son a spider-training certificate which he has held onto so closely since receiving. This was the best thing that could happen on his birthday. I will continue to book with Sevilla for future events. 5 stars for the company and 5 stars for Drew. Amazing read more

So rude and completely unprofessional. He couldn't tell me about availability and when texting me over 24 hours after my phone call scolded me for finding another company. His comment is hilarious! He never asked me to wait 24 hours, but told me he would get back to me because he was unable to know availability because he doesn't live in the area. In fact, I told him I was going to continue looking for available companies since he didn't have the ability of knowing his schedule. Then when he finally decided to get back to me and I had already found someone and booked them he was upset and I found his behavior and responses rude and ridiculous and I informed him of this. He was upset with me for not waiting though I needed to book something. He is extremely unprofessional, and I would never ever go with this company. read more

We had a great experience hiring Spider-Man to come make an appearance at my son's birthday party. He entertained the kids for an hour. Used services for 1 hour with Spider-Man, Batman and Harley Quinn. They were all amazing. The 2 guys came first and moments later Harley Quinn (the Villain) came in great character to "crash" the party. lol Batman and Spider man convinced the crowed to let her stay and be apart of the party and it was a happy ending the rest of the event!!! I was amazing by all their activities and willingness to entertain the kids of all ages 1-13years old. The following day a little boy from the party saw me and said it was the best party ever because he finally got to meet Spider-Man in person. It really made is day, week maybe even his life :) My older boys (7 and 10) loved it and are still talking about it. I highly recommend using this company and I'm about ready to throw a party just to get another character visit. Ps. My personal favorite was Harley Quinn. Not knowing much about her character (not hip mom here) I feel like she's someone I'd like to watch on TV now. read more

They will take your party to another level. This is our second year having characters for our son's birthday party. For his 5th Star Wars theme with Jedi training Vader, a Jedi and a strom tropper. This year Gotham with Batman, Batgirl and the Joker for his 6th. They are professional, the actors interact so well with adults and children. Really masters of their craft. I'll never forget the Joker's laugh. Great communication. We enjoy the show as much as the kids! I was so impressed with how engaged and active they kept the children. Na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na. Batman! What do you do when a kid asks for Batman to come to their birthday party? I didn't have an answer to that question when that request was made to me. But now I know a guy who can make that happen. Julio really impressed me when I asked for Batman to appear with only a 8 day lead time. Julio answered my phone calls and text messages quickly. Batman showed up right on time and interacted with the kids for a half hour and really made a lasting impression. The costume was the real deal, not some cheap Halloween costume. I could not have asked for more, well maybe one thing: Can we ride in the Batmobile next time? :) read more

We celebrated my daughter's 5th Birthday and had The Batman (Julio) arrive as a surprise for my girl. The Batman came prepared to entertain the kids! Kept in character, participated in the activities the kids wanted to do, he came with games and super hero training planned, and participated in the birthday cake singing. He even offered to hand out the cake to our guests, and always found a way to tie in The Batman's story/details for everything we did. So much fun! We had him for one hour, and it worked perfectly with the party's other activities. I also believe the kids all had enough time with The Batman during the hour that once Batman had to leave, they were all happy and no melt-downs happened!!! I would recommend this company to most any event! Even the older/teenage kids got a kick out of it, and parents also lined up for the photo-op! Haha! Such great service from the time we booked through the end of the event itself. Highly recommend :) read more

3 stars because the 1st performer was awesome. Came on time and dressed the part. The problem occurred when at 2 hours he packed up to leave and I had confirmed with the owner Jose that his artist would be able to stay longer If needed. He assured me that it would be no problem. Day of, first balloon artist can't stay because it was never communicated to him that he would need to stay longer. So I contacted Jose during my Twins first birthday party to have him send someone else out, which he did. I appreciate the attempt to rectify but the new artist he sent was disheveled and looked as though he had literally just rolled out of bed not to mention that he brought lady with him that attended the party as if she were a guest and not a professional and there was no reason for her to be there. Jose has done nothing to try and rectify the horrible experience that he cause with his not communicating with his staff. I'd be weary of using this place. read more

This was the first time I hire an entertainer for a kid's birthday party. I called different places, but no one made me feel comfortable as Julio. He took the time to know what I wanted and about the specifics of the party. The snow queen (Kimmie) enchanted the kids and she looked well put together. The costume was on point and her hair looked beautiful in the pictures. I expected a halloween costume but I could tell it was an upgraded or high quality costume. The kids really believed it was Elsa, and Kimmie has a beautiful voice! The adults in the party also enjoyed seeing the kids have fun. The snow queen was awesome, she was so sweet and even answered questions the kids had. The snow magic trick was cool and even the adults liked seeing it. I hired this company to produce Spider-Man and Wonder Woman for my son's superhero party. The WW character showed up wearing half of a WW costume and half super girl. NOT what I asked for! I also requested a brunette and she was a blonde. The costume had no head piece and was thrown together. Spider-Man, my main attraction piece, my son's favorite character stood there like a lump on a log. He only said a few words the entire hour they were there, and he had no energy. No enthusiasm. My quests and I were so disappointed. The advertisement shows him running around being the superhero that the kids know him to be. He was not that at all. I paid a total of $250.
