Update: After leaving a review about my experience with this company. I received a phone call from a completely different number (possibly the same guy) asking me to remove a review since I was not a customer. I assumed he was calling on behalf of another company since he said, they "locksmiths?" are a close-knit community and that he's asking me nicely to remove it (again, possibly the same guy). So, I go back to look at the messages and I notice a picture of the same guy for 2 different companies. Like, what type of scam is this? (Ok, more than likely the same guy) To be fair, this guy wasn't rude, he used please thank you and even told me to have a good day before WE ended the call. It was the type of conversation I wish we'd had the first go-around. Ha, go figure. I've attached a photo of both companies. (Ok, it's definitely the same guy) I want to reiterate that I am NOT a customer and I chose NOT to use their services and I won't use the clone company's services either. Good customer service doesn't start when money exchanges hands, it starts from the moment someone interacts with your business. The fact that I am not a customer doesn't negate your responsibility to treat me kind and with respect. Sir, I wish you the best moving forward.

After a few warm days it became obvious that this was not the case. I called Ames and Ryan was at my building in less than an hour! He was able to diagnose the issue in just a few minutes, and it's working better than ever. He was also very thorough, making sure to ask if the building had a master key system which he should account for. He totally updated my key lock situation. I now only need one control key to open all of the doors, and my tenants each have their own key. Turned out the lock was just sticking, but in the meantime Dan changed the insides of the locks on my hundred year old doors / handles so that we could go down to 2 keys for the whole house from about 14! He really went above and beyond. He tightened the handles and WD40'ed everything and showed me the unique features of the locks. I am so pleased. I have never used a locksmith service before - we'd always just got new handles but that was not a good option for this house and I am so glad I called this company.
