I took advantage of this promotion, leaving the T-Mobil (Sprint) service I had for more than 30 years. Everything was going fine until I got a mobile bill on August 12, 2026. I went back to the store on August 15, 2026 to try and get my bill corrected. The representative reviewed my receipt and agreed that I should not have been charged. He place several help tickets, and came to the conclusion that the promotion was offered to me in error; stating that I needed a minimum of 300 Mbps for that deal. He then went to his manager to see if there was something he could do. The manager would not even come over to apologize for the error his staff made. There were no discounts, credits, or substitute promotions offered. While the representative clearly dropped the ball; the manager made things worse with the lack of accountability and NO service recovery efforts. Bottom line, beware of any promotions these fraudsters offer.

It is better to pay more for any other service....Cricket, Mint Mobile.....anything. And if you have a choice for WIFI I would bypass that as well. Just can't trust them and they don't care.
