The day they were supposed to arrive they called me 2:12pm try to reschedule with no room for compromise. I needed these quote by Friday. Begins telling me they wouldn't even have the quote until next Tuesday. Completely unprofessional business, I even called off work to uphold them to the promise of fulfilling what they advised!! I guess integrity is not a part of this business standards

Returning home we were left with damage to our garage needing repairs to the roof, gutter, siding, repair and replace wood and drywall and paint inside. We were happy to hear such good recommendations about a local company Innovative Construction. He was efficient, professional and showed such expertise in his craft. He knew exactly what he was doing and worked tirelessly. Everything was completed perfectly and we appreciated the care given by all. I most definitely highly recommend these men and company.Fair pricing too.

I engaged my contractor in March to remodel my bathroom that took 1 month. This project stalled because we had to wait for the cabinet to come. It took Eric Short 6 months after repeated lies about the delivery before it arrived broken and not like the ad at all. The wood was un matched. No trim or hardware. I had to buy a pedestal sink to fit the space (at an additional expense) so we could host a family wedding. I have repeatedly asked for a refund of my money. He has only sent 1/3 of what is owed and is now ignoring my attempts to collect. The photos he shows on his web page and the ETSY site are not anything he has made. This company has consistently not followed through on their promise (as stated on the new web page) for "Satisfaction guaranteed" . Until they refund my payment in full I will do everything I can to keep others from using this business.

Then you don't get a paper bill, but something sent via a text message to you phone, but they email a list of what the tec did (checklist). I have to play with my cell phone to get a total for the bill, not easy for a senior citizen. Most likely won't call them again, as their membership only entitles you to a 5% discount on parts, which they take with them so you can't research how much they marked up the price. On a positive note the tec did roll up the hose after he was done washing out the condenser unit.

When the guy was almost done fixing his screw-up, I checked on his progress and found him about to leave without fixing the first hole in the floor. I asked him what he was going to do about it and he stated that his boss said to leave it go since it would be under the toilet anyway. I stated that, it was not acceptable to leave a 3 inch diameter hole in my floor. He said he had no wood on his truck to fix the hole and would be back later in the day to fix it. He did show up later in the day but after he left, I was shocked to find that all he did was wedge the the original round wood plug back in the hole a lay the carpet piece back over it. He did not bother to seal the gaps or glue the carpet back. Both times the guy was here, he did not clean up his mess, left both of our back doors open, and did not let us know he was done or ask if we were satisfied with the job. The water line for the toilet was not installed straight. It come up through the floor crooked. Basically; shoddy workmanship and poor customer service. We should have listened to some of our friends who said not to hire them. We won't again!
