I had rats in my attic about two years ago and call Fullshield and they came; gave estimate. then supposedly plugged all places where rats could enter and left traps to catch the. They attended the traps for a few weeks; no more than 6 weeks and left two there and said they would return. They guaranteed the rats were gone and would not return. I recently had insulation falling from my air vents and called the air conditioning company and they came and said the rats had eaten through the piping to the vents. I called Fullshield and they were so rude and said they were not responsible and no warranty because it had been two years. They were such asses about everything and i asked to speak to the manager and he was busy and never called back. If you ever think you want to use Fullshield, don't. they are nasty business people; don't follow through with promises and refuse to talk when you call their hand on it. There is no quality to their work; they are rude and unprofessional and refuse to return calls. . I paid them more than $5000 and now I am back using another exterminator redoing everything i paid Fullshield for. They don't even deserve one star. read more

We live close to a farm and a lot of trees, which makes us more susceptible for infestations, so we reached out to full shield when we moved here and have been using their services ever since! They are quick to respond and really go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied! They have knocked out so many bugs in my yard and the bugs continue to die long after they spray! They make sure that they spray every inch of the most vulnerable spots around your yard and house and answer any and all questions happily! Alex and randy have been particularly helpful and have come out to us on very short notice many times because they truly care about their customers! Before I called FullShield I was DESPERATE to get rid of the ants that were infesting my pet's food, and eventually my whole home. After the first treatment I NEVER SAW ANOTHER ANT... Seriously, I had no idea it was possible. I couldn't have been happier. In Riverside, Randy would stop by quarterly to re apply treatment to the exterior of my home and he was always polite, professional, and timely. Randy was awesome!!!!!!! He was soo helpful and patient with me trying to take care of my ant problem. It took 3 days to take care of the ants. They were inside my walls. He would text me everyday asking if there are more and when there were he would come over and spay again. He is the most honest person I have meet. I had rats, so I called FullShield. They got a guy out right away to inspect and give me a quote. The rats had ruined my insulation -- they showed me photos, and I believed it from having heard the rats moving around in the attic -- so I had them replace the insulation and do a full exclusion job, so rats can't get in in the future. They did the big job just a few days later. Everyone I worked with was professional, polite, and neat. At my request, they even came out one more time to do some extra cleanup not within the original scope of work. And I'm very happy with the results! read more

I recommend FullShield for pest control/ant and spider spraying. I have been using their quarterly service for a year now, and really enjoy NOT sharing my house (primarily my kitchen) with ants every time it rains or is excessively hot. Randy is very pleasant and polite, always messages or calls a reminder before he comes, and asks if there are any new concerns regarding spiders or other bugs. This place is awesome!! We called on a saturday because we were pretty sure after catching 3 mice/rats that we had a problem in our attic especially when we still heard them all night! Alex came on Monday and he was able to confirm that we definitely had rats, not mice! He was so helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable!!! He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns! He set 4 traps and came back on Wednesday to check them and sure enough, 3 of them were full. He cleaned up and set 4 more and came back because we smelled something nasty. This time there was nothing in the traps but it smelled like death! He went up in the attic to find out where the smell was coming from and found a nest of 6 dead babies!!! I am so thankful that they came out and cleared up our rat problem so fast!! I called FullShield on a friends recommendation after trying tirelessly to fight a battle with ants and spiders our my own. I should have called them MUCH sooner!! I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily and Randy came out and sprayed the interior and exterior of my home. I have not had an ant inside SINCE he sprayed! The first time I called I was fine he came on a Saturday at a short notice did my front and back yard and in the house . I had/ have a tick problem still saw them a week later called them again since they have a 30 day guarantee.
