Scott was not just a plumber. He was a great compassionate helpful very hard-working man... He was the only plumber I had in my home since we purchased it over 20 years.. I was stay at home mom very busy with my little kids and he would always give me a discount and tell me to go buy the kids ice cream... He was the sweetest guy ever! Every time I called him. we had a chance to catch up on life. He loved and adored his wife and daughter so much I know he had a few heart attacks and I was very worried because he didn't want to slow down. That's all he wanted to do, work really hard. I think Scott hates me. I had him put in a water heater 2 years ago. he used black pipes designed for gas as my intake and out take nipple on the water heater. I kept wondering why there was no soft water up stairs. The pipe he installed rusted out so bad that the water heater died after 2 years, the warenty was voided because Scott installed it wrong! It had to be cut open to be drained so we could take it down stairs. Because of his unprofessinal installation, it cost me an extra 1100 buck for a new water heater. there has been so much damage to the pipes and sinks because of the rust, I will have it fixed and have to sue Scott for the damage! He also leave in the middle of jobs and does not return. He left me hanging twice. I have had to call plumber to come finish what he started. Do your self a big favor, call anybody else! (except Comstock, their worse!) read more

One of the worst plumbing companies ever. Scott is so rude, has very little patience for woman and is just plain mean. You ask him a question and he acts like a woman...rolls his eyes, sighs very heavy and then responds with a rude tone/ comment. He showed up to my complex and was very disrespectful to the HOA lady. He said he would be back later in the week to compete the job but he never showed up to start the job. I called and no call back what so ever It's not my fault that all your employees quite or don't show up for work...you've been warned! read more

We have used Scott as our plumber for many years and always been more than satisfied. He is positive and professional, and knows exactly how to get the job done. He has helped us with slab leaks, main drain, rerouting lines for construction... The list goes on and on! We know that we can count on him to get the job done no matter how big or small! He is super busy, so we always call the night before or first thing in the morning. I appreciate that he sometimes has to prioritize with so many customers in need of his services. I called Scott 3 days in a row. He keep saying he would would be right out or call me back in an hour or two. The first time he said he would be out after his first job of the day he didn't even ask for the address. Had to remind him he might need the address to find us. Should have know he wasn't coming. Meanwhile we have a leak that is ruining the carpet in two bedrooms. Will not give him another chance after jerking me around for three days. If he was too busy he should have just told me in the first place. Got another plumber to come out the same day and the fix only took him 20 minutes. read more

I am writing this quite a bit after the job, but Scott did such a good job, I felt it deserved to be written. I needed a water heater and knew I could not do it myself because the pipes were not adjustable. Scott put in the water heater for a very reasonable price. He only sells quality water heaters. He put it flexible fittings, so the next time we could change it ourselves, though the service was so reasonable, we would probably just have Scott change it also. He also on another occasion resealed a leaking toilet. Both jobs were done the same day I called. Wonderful. read more

Been using Scott for years here at my house in Fullerton, as my dad did for years before me. He is honest and fair, and gets the job done. Today he cleared my clogged kitchen line - just upstream of the main line (thank you). Sometimes he gets pretty busy, and has to prioritize greater emergencies which I understand. And sometimes he gets tied up with his head in a pipe somewhere throwing his schedule off a bit... but that is the nature of the business,, and he has always come through - even on the weekends if need be. I want to use a busy and honest and fair plumber... and that is Scott. BTW, he also installed a water heater for me some years ago and it's still working like a champ, and he's traced and repaired a slab leak for me some years ago. Even though several people referred me to Fullerton Plumbing, I can't recommend them. Originally this guy came out and did a small job that I raved about. Talked to him about other work we needed done and he told me to call him the following Monday to schedule. I tried contacting him for a couple of weeks but never heard from him again. One of the people who referred me even tried calling but never got a call back. Must be nice to have so much work that you are okay blowing off commitments. Look else where for a plumber. read more

Scott is a great guy who does great work. He has helped several people for years in my neighborhood of older houses, and can be counted on when needed. His work and his prices have always been great. I called to see if I could get a plumber to come out to our house and without asking any questions or anything the guy from fullerton plumbing told me flat out "No." Not an, I'm sorry I'm booked today, can it wait til Monday? Just "no, I can't." I've used these guys before with hit an miss results. Yes they are cheap compared to other plumbers I've used but I will NEVER call this place again. They made an already distressing situation worse with their complete lack of common courtesy. read more

Scott is really knowledgable and does excellent work. He has done several plumbing jobs for us and corrected many previous plumbers' mistakes. He routinely charges less than other plumbers for the same services. He has a friendly and joking demeanor and has always been respectful and honest. Highly recommend!!! read more

I was not happy with Scott I called him on Friday morning around 10-10:30 am and he did say that he had five jobs in front of me fair but he said he would give me a call back with about what time he would be able to get here. at 2:30 pm I called to see if he was still going to make it and he stated that he was putting in a water heater at this time and would give me a called when done I agreed. at 6:00 pm I sent him a text stating that it was getting late and I had a meeting to attend so would he be able to come on Saturday or not please text me back to let me know WELL no text or call. I even texted him on Saturday to see if he received my text and no response, so here I sit on Sunday without a kitchen sink. So I have to wait until Monday to find another plumber and get them over here. So as you can guess I will never use this Company nor will I recommend it as it was recommended to me. read more

Scott has been our plumber since we moved into our house 4 years ago. He has fixed three water leaks in our home including a slab leak. He is busy, so sometimes you will have to wait a day, but if it's not an emergency, it's worth the wait. He is very honest, experienced, and can get the job done for a reasonable price. Called Scott on recommendation from a friend. Thank goodness, he must be doing so well that he doesn't have time to even answer simple questions. First, when he was told where I live it was too far to drive. Somehow, he doesn't go to Yorba Linda, which is ten miles away from Fullerton. When asked the cost to replace a valve on a shower/bath he stated "less than a million". When asked for a possible date to fix the plumbing problem, he couldn't even give one. Having tile people standing by, waiting for a plumber that has no answers was very disconcerting (i.e. made me very pissed off). After calling him two days later and getting a "let me call you back", I gave up. Called another friends plumber who gave a time- next day 0800 hrs. decent price and something we call "common courtesy". The new plumber did a great job. Remember, there are a lot of good plumbers out there. Don't let them abuse you. read more
