He then proceeds to argue with me and I show him the pen I gave it to him and he goes and says I'm not gonna be able to give it to you for free because it's halfway gone mind you I just bought this pen yesterday and it randomly just stopped working and he told me that they've been having problems with this type of brand . So not only do they overcharge but if they give you something that doesn't work, they expect you to come back and pay, which is ridiculous when they're the ones at fault. Not to mention, I understand that the card machine there is a fee but there's been multiple times. I brought cash and they have still overcharged me. Do not come here. They are unprofessional and just complete. Idiots. this isn't the first time this has happened to the owner has been completely rude to me multiple times of me going in there and when he answers the phone, he is extremely rude as well and doesn't care to give you prices over the phone and when I told him that someone gave me price over the phone a couple months ago he told me that's not true. just don't come here.

I'm very happy of how the postcards turned out to be exactly similar to my artwork! At first, sincr my artwork has a lot of textured brushes (to mimic fake risograph prints), I'm worried the prints are gonna bleed or smudge the textures, but it doesn't! Additionally, he also talked about the laser printer used to print these postcards! I highly recommend this printing shop for anyone, especially for artists!

My son wanted the old school Matilda theme for his 6th birthday and I decided that Miss Honey's…read moreclassroom would be perfect for the backdrop. I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

I don't normally write reviews like this, but this place absolutely earned it…read more I'm the best man in a wedding and was helping the bride with some last-minute details after rehearsal. At about 12:30 PM I overheard the bride talking about how she had just received the design for the seating arrangements that day... for the wedding happening tomorrow morning. Naturally, as the best man, I volunteered to get them printed. I started calling print shops nearby and after a couple dead ends, my third call connected me with The Printing Train. From the moment they answered the phone, they were incredibly positive and helpful. Since the request was a bit unusual and very last minute, they actually walked me through the order while we were still on the phone to make sure everything could get processed in time. They told me they could have it done by the end of the day, which already felt like a miracle. I showed up a little close to closing to pick up the prints and realized the final product wasn't exactly to the specifications the bride had asked for. Honestly, I take responsibility for that because I probably didn't communicate everything clearly while I was in full stress mode. Here's where they truly went above and beyond. Instead of turning me away or telling me it was too late, they immediately offered to reprint everything on the spot and make sure it was done correctly. No hesitation. Just kindness and problem solving. In a moment where I was completely stressed trying to help make someone's wedding day perfect, their help genuinely restored my faith in humanity. What could have been a disaster turned into a huge relief. If you need printing done by people who actually care, this is the place.
