I have been satisfied with the ease of searching through the articles and sections. I have never received a physical paper. Even though I paid for a monthly recurring subscription. Today I reached Carla on the phone, she was exceptional in listening and coming up with a solución. She was thorough and patient as she listened to my issues. Her solution: credit my account for the past missed issues and delivery of today's paper. That's what I had hoped to gain without pleading or lamenting endlessly of poor customer service. Nope.
