I knew I had happened upon something great. I have been using Photomation for my printing and mounting needs, and they have never disappointed me. Rudest person I ever met. I picked up the finished product and found that the cutting process was…read moredone sloppy so I called to ask for solution nicely because he demanded the deposit in full at the beginning which I was paid all upfront. Then, he tells me that he can cut the upper part as if it's not a big deal which I do not agree since I wanted my final product to be in the ratio that I designed. I wanted to hear the clear solution for this, so I asked him what can be done. But then he just suddenly started to yelling to me and told me (very rude) to stop talking and bring it to him right away. I was never in a situation where I get yelled from a business owner when I was asking nicely for a solution. Please be careful for those who are looking around for printing business. I've wasted about $500 here.

This was the most unprofessional experience I have had in my adult career. They took payment,…read morefailed to deliver the product, refused to issue a promised refund, and ignored all communication. Hence, I am also reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. We were promised our business sign by midweek. That deadline came and went, and every day afterward we called for updates. Each time, we were told that "David," the CEO, would call us back. He never did. Not once. When I finally spoke to an attendant days after the promised deadline, they couldn't even confirm whether the sign was complete. I had already paid for the product, hired an installer, and yet the company couldn't even tell me if the sign existed. David showed a complete lack of care or concern for the fact that they had already taken my money. At one point, they said a refund would be issued--but no refund was ever provided. I sent an email asking them to confirm when the refund would occur, and they never responded. Because of this, I've had to report them to my credit card company in order to get my money back, and I am still in the process of dealing with that. To this day, they have not returned a my email. I'd wouldn't bother wtih this company. Signarama was not just unprofessional--they were dishonest.

We looked at a number of services to print our eddm mailers, And 55 printing was the best priced. Unfortunately there are a number of negative reviews, along with many many positive reviews that make it difficult to discern what the actual truth is. I can't speak for anyone else, any other business, But I can say that not only did we receive our order in a timely fashion, But the mail piece is actually look fantastic. The only thing that I would like to see them do differently is tape the package better. Other than that service wise and product wise, we literally could not be happier, And I'm glad I trusted my gut. It's pretty clear the business is being singled out. Do yourself a favor and at least try the company. I'm very happy.

I am an illustrator in Los Angeles area and have been using 55printing for years…read more I've tried various other businesses to print my cards and none seem to equal not only the quality, but the customer service and the price of 55printing. I spoke with their customer service person this morning, Jimmy, and he was most gracious. My cards arrived in better time than expected, and I did not even expedite them. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and price. I've used them over the years for other cards I have created because they seem to be able to capture the color and clarity that others do not. I highly recommend them for any project. Also, there is a free proofing service with each order, in the event you need to make a change. In this world of poor customer service at every turn, and lack of concern for quality , I've never been disappointed with 55printing.
