So I signed up for Thursday to Sunday home delivery. And for the E edition as well…read more The E edition has been easy to access everyday. I have been satisfied with the ease of searching through the articles and sections. I have never received a physical paper. Even though I paid for a monthly recurring subscription. Today I reached Carla on the phone, she was exceptional in listening and coming up with a solución. She was thorough and patient as she listened to my issues. Her solution: credit my account for the past missed issues and delivery of today's paper. That's what I had hoped to gain without pleading or lamenting endlessly of poor customer service. Nope. Carla, came through. Thanks Press -Telegram.

He promised to send $20 every month while the monthly subscription was $14. It was free money so I accepted. Transactions: April 3 - $12.50 April 24 - $14.33 May 21 - $14.33 I messaged the representative and after I had asked for the $20 I sent him the transactions and he left me on read and got blocked. I do not recommend as I got scammed.

Yeah, I've got a big complaint about this paper. First of all, nobody asked for this paper!…read more Nobody subscribes to this paper. It is an unsolicited liberal newspaper that's been thrown onto everyone's driveway in the area for years on end, free of charge. Nobody I know actually reads this paper. It goes directly into the trash, recycling, gets used as packing, and is used as a fire starter. Today, August 6th, 2026, this paper was thrown onto my driveway where my $200K vehicle was temporarily parked. The paint job alone on this car is about $15K. The delivery person threw the paper right at my car. This dirty paper hit my car! And, I've got it on film! From the looks of it, it could have been purposely thrown to hit my car...who really knows? This is something that should not have happened! So, Grunion Gazette, if this had caused damage to my paint or some other damage to my car, are you going to cover the cost of the damages and repairs? Your delivery people are rude and careless. I NEVER asked for this paper! It should not have been thrown onto my car or onto my property! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing prices and old school customer service!!…read more Melvin was awesome!! I was looking for the Bixby knolls national park merch for a birthday gift. He was able to make a shirt with a super fast turnaround time, like one day. He's super easy to work with and really takes the time to make sure you get what you want. I had a slightly hard time finding them from the back (entrance is NOT on Long Beach blvd but behind on Virginia) as the sign on the sidewalk was covered and I was looking for a big blue sign similar to the front. They make anything and everything here!!! Definitely keep them in mind if you need merch made for birthday parties or bachelor/ bachelorette parties, Christmas gifts...
