First off horrible experience I have never been to a dealership this horrible, barely any acknowledgement as we walked in, my husband and I went in for a ford outer banks they had listed online for $49,000 as we got there the car was listed at starting price of 60,000, asked about there online price they could not give a straight answer I then asked if they can honor there online price I would just get ignored then they had told us give me a minute let me ask waited for a long time without anyone coming to us with any information everyone was very rude they just seemed like they didn't want to help or even be there, then we tried for a cheaper trim they had in stock, since they couldn't honor online pricing which I've never had a dealership not honor online pricing, they started showing prices we agreed to a payment they ran credit after waiting a long time they just said we will give you a call tomorrow the banks are closed and never received a call! Disappointing. I was looking forward to possibly my first Ford ever. I arrived to check out a Ford Maverick from a canceled order. Jim Bright told me to come down and negotiate the mark up. While we're looking at the Maverick he mentioned that their mark ups were less than Carvana as they were selling for 10K plus over msrp. I have had good experience so far with this dealership so I took Jim on his word. As soon as I Google search I found Carvana with less of a mark up and prices dropping every 2 weeks. I'll be looking to get a reliable Japanese car instead. read more

This dealership is not reliable after multiple times of using its services. There were 20% of good days but 80% of the time, the service rep (Ryan Bogart) does not have the sense of mannerism to return calls or emails. The tip of the the iceberg was , had them fixed the taillight of a work truck for a few days only to be returned UNREPAIRED. The tailight was still hanging from the truck when it was returned. It is so bizzarre that this happened . Contacted Ryan and he never got back to me. Went to a different Ford in the area instead and solved the issue in a day that took this dealership 3 weeks. This location went above and beyond in their service. I was traveling over 6hrs from home when some road debris damaged my vehicle. I had it towed to their shop at 2am and by 3pm that day they had it repaired and back on the road for me to arrive at my destination. They listened, answered my questions, kept me appraised of what was going on and were overall just amazing at their service. Well, today I found myself once again at Fullerton Ford. Yes I went back. I happened to drive by and see the truck my daughter had been looking for, sitting there on the lot. I pulled over, started taking pictures and met Bryan. Bryan was the best from start to finish. He never skipped a beat! Followed up every step of the way with texts and phone calls and meetings, because my daughter was out of town and then working, until we could finally get her to take a look at her dream come true. I bought my Toyota Camry from here back in January of 2020 and I've been taking my car here to be serviced ever since. I usually end up seeing Art at the front desk to check in, but today I was helped by someone named Christopher. I came in for just a routine oil change with tire rotation and asked that my coolant was filled up because it was getting noticeably low. Christopher reassured me "they always top off your fluids" but in the end that didn't end up being the case. I checked out with the cashier and walked out to my car to find that it wasn't hosed off like I asked either. I got a little irritated and considered not saying anything, but I ended up going back into Christopher and was told by the gentleman next to him that they'd have it wiped down in 5 minutes. Usually this never happens so I was super confused with what was going on. My visit was a little odd this time so I decided to look more in depth than I typically would at the paperwork they gave me (invoices and service report). That was when I noticed that the service report was missing entirely. So I said okay when I make my next stop (I was headed to visit my dad in the ICU) I'm going to pop the hood and check things out for myself. When I finally got to the hospital and popped the hood I also realized they never topped off any of my fluids either. So again I was a bit irritated but also confused because this has never happened to me before. I called and spoke to the service manager Joe and he completely rectified the situation and told me he would send someone out in a service van to the hospital where I was to check my fluids free of charge. Which I thought was so nice and more than fair considering I've been taking my car there for almost 4 years now. Gian came out and really did such a thorough job. He even brought the service report for me that the cashier forgot to give me earlier. I explained to him what had happened and he apologized on their behalf. He was also confused on how this happened and definitely said they neglected to fill my fluids. He completely redid the multipoint inspection in front of me and explained everything he was doing as he did it. I even asked him a couple questions along the way and he was happy to answer. He really went the extra mile to ensure I had a good experience despite what had occurred at the dealership earlier and I appreciate it SO much! With all of that being said, I know we're all human and mistakes can happen. Their staff is also undergoing an internal loss that I found out about today as well so I think today might have just been an off day for them...rightfully so. Despite all of this, I will still continue to give them my business because even though I roll up in a Toyota they always treat me well at Ford. Joe Green the Service Manager is horrible. I live in Fullerton and would take my black F150 in for service, keeping money in the city I live. When I got my truck back after service, there were scuff marks up and down the front fenders and hood from the technician leaning into the engine compartment, apparently they don't use fender guards. They did reimburse me for the paint corrections, which was nice! I was told by Joe Green to wash my truck before bringing it in for service, he said that he had a black sports car and that's what he had to do. I brought it back for another service, the truck was pretty clean, again scuff marks on the fenders. Joe told me that they weren't going to pay for a detail every time I bring my truck in, and told me not to bring it back!! I was blown away by what I just heard! I guess they can't guarantee to return my truck in the same condition I dropped it off!!! This happened quite a while ago and I don't topically write reviews, but this one is still eating at me, and I what to make people aware. I did try to return my truck a long time after I was told not to come back, thinking Joe was gone, nope, the service writer looked up my information and found a do not work on this truck note. Now I have to drive several miles away to another dealership that takes care of my vehicle and returns it in the same condition. Hopefully, the owner of Fullerton Ford reads this and can answer how a service manager can treat a paying customer this way! I'm sure I'm not the only one! read more

This location is veteran-owned and being a veteran myself, I was more than happy to support. I brought in my Bronco for an oil service and the experience was very pleasant. Upon arrival I was instantly helped out by the service employee (Cameron) he was a solid dude and quick to get the paperwork started. He told me it was going to be a few hours which was okay with me. I thought I was going to be there all day, but after an hour and a half or so, Cameron walked in to tell me my vehicle was ready. I probably should not use the word "they" but rather "the manager". Last September, my 2019 Fusion died on the highway. When taken to their service department for inspection (and hopefully repair), the manager just so happened to omit the fact that my particular vehicle was part of a recall! Kind of an important condition to NOT inform the customer, don't you think? Luckily, one of my friends who's a mechanic, found this out; and the Ford HQ addressed the issue for me. Was looking for a new F250 for the company via the web. Fell on to Fullerton Ford website and inquired on a particular one, so called and dealt with Haley. Before we came in, we negotiated pricing and what our budget was. Although higher than what we wanted, Haley and team with some expected back and fort; came back and met us more than half way to our budget. The process over the phone , took no more than 30 or so minutes in total. Price was finalized Thursday night and Friday walked in, signed the paperwork that was pretty much all done.
