I haven't written a review on Fullerton Ford in 8 years (when I bought my Fusion there) but wanted to again say that I am a fan of their service department and particularly Art Bravo. I always receive great customer service (a lost art these days) and Art always goes the extra mile in advising me and helping me to save money. This is in spite of the fact that dealer prices are usually way out of my budget. But I like the fact that this Ford dealership knows my car and is generally very honest and forthright about what needs or not needs to be done to keep my car "healthy." Bravo (no pun intended) to the service department at Fullerton Ford!

Not a Veteran Owner

Stolen Valor - The owner of Fullerton Ford is NOT a veteran as advertised on signs & mural that states, "A PROUD VETERAN OWNED DEALERSHIP," "VET OWNED, and on multiple websites - Instagram, Facebook, etc. The first statement on an updated Fullerton Ford website states,"AS A LOCAL VETERAN OWNED DEALERSHIP." This statement should have been removed under new ownership. Using the "Veteran" status after the veteran died to sell cars is deceptive & is considered "stolen valor." It has NOT been owned by a veteran for almost three years as that true veteran is no longer alive. If the new owner is not a veteran, labeling your company as "veteran-owned" is illegal. Purposely misrepresenting a business's veteran status is considered fraud and is punishable under federal and state "Stolen Valor" laws. Where is your Veteran Business Certification if you are stating you are veteran owned? You state "F Ford has a strong reputation to uphold" on website yet you are using stolen valor to cash in on customers who may choose you based on the dealership's veteran status. Using this designation is a slap in the face to true veterans who are being celebrated this Memorial Day for their significant sacrifices, & individuals who have lost family members who served in. the armed forces. A woman bought a car there states in Yelp review, "Buying from a veteran owned business was a bonus!" I suggest you contact her and set her straight about this deception. This grift would never have been removed until it was exposed. Purposely leaving this bold and deceptive "veteran owned dealership statement years after the veteran owner died, and after change of ownership says something about quality of character. Please Stop the deliberate act of deceiving the public. Stop the con about being something you are not.

Art Bravo, Service Advisor at Fullerton Ford - Exceptional Service!!! We purchased my son's Ford from a non-Ford dealership, and shortly after taking delivery a warning light appeared on the dash stating "Charging System Service Soon." This was especially concerning given that we had just bought the vehicle. From the moment we arrived at Fullerton Ford, Art Bravo was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain what the technicians would be checking, what the issue might be, and how they would diagnose it. I searched far and wide for an f-450 diesel I found a couple but they're mostly out of state. I showed up to Fullerton Ford and everyone was friendly and had salesman greeting me outside the building before I even open the door. I've bought from Villa Ford in the past and Ken grody as well but I haven't felt this hospitality ever from any Ford dealership that I got from Fullerton Ford. Imad Ayyoub what's my salesman and he made everything easy to deal with and upfront. I know for my next purchase whether it be a truck or a car I'll definitely end up hitting Fullerton food beforehand. Side note bob is the goat! He worked with me for swapping out my old tires off my trade it in and putting them on the new truck.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Fullerton Ford truly deserves to be shared. After purchasing a 2025 Raptor from a dealership in Orange, CA, I discovered a defect that came from the factory. Naturally, I assumed the dealership I bought it from would handle the repair--especially for a brand-new vehicle under warranty. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Their service department made it clear they were too busy to take on the repair for weeks, and it became apparent they weren't interested in helping because it wasn't a particularly "lucrative" job. That's when I reached out to Fullerton Ford, and it turned out to be the best decision I could've made. From the very first call, Chris in the service department was outstanding. He listened, explained the process clearly, and most importantly, treated me like a human--not just another ticket number. Chris went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of, and he did it with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. He didn't hesitate to help, even though it wasn't a high-dollar service. That kind of character is rare, and it left a lasting impression. Thanks to Chris and the Fullerton Ford team, I'll be bringing all my Ford vehicles here from now on. This review is completely unsolicited--I was just genuinely impressed and wanted to share my experience. Huge thanks to everyone at Fullerton Ford, and especially to Chris in the service department. I just want to start by thanking Juan Aldana for the hospitality from when he seen me walking around the lot just checking out the trucks. Very respectful and excellent customer service skills. Juan made sure to get me to where i was comfortable when it came time to talk numbers. I am pleased to say i will be recommending this dealership to all my buddies and sending them over to Juan. The dealership was very accommodating, i had to transfer funds that day so i was not able to give deposit via debit that same day.... They just ended up taking a check the next day and that same day i was still able to complete all my paperwork. Shout out to all the guys at fullerton ford! thank you!!!

First off, Christian make the whole process very smooth. We traded our ford flex for a 2025 ford 150 stx. The don't normally leave reviews. But I'll leave one short and to the point. I would recommend anyone to this dealership for a good purchase.

I think this might be the first time i have purchased tires and they didn't overfill them with air. When i paid, they told me that even though i only purchased one tire, they would gladly help me repair and rotate all my tires as if i had purchased them all there. I was so confused where to go get this fixed and I appreciated that they made the whole experience easy and made me feel comfortable.

A few month back, they advised me they couldn't properly perform an alignment because the tires on our car were too worn. Other shops might've just done the job with an "oh well"attitude. Even though the car was near needing new tires, I was not pushed to immediately buy them (that's happened with a different car at a factory dealer). Recently, I was researching new tires for my SUV and was offered a few choices. The differences and driving characteristics between Cross/SUV and LT tires was extremely helpful in my purchase decision. I highly recommend Anaheim Wheel and Tire!

I hit a curb and got a flat and had my car towed here because it was the closest tire shop…read more Obviously already having a really bad day but I guess I looked like dollar signs to them because somehow I walked out paying over $1600. They told me I needed a new set of tires so I should just replace them all. I told them I just got my tires 2 years ago from the dealership. They said the dealership sold me tires that were in storage for 2 years before I got them (pointed to the date of manufacturing) and that warps the tires due to being in the sun and whatnot. Lucky for me they had a great deal on 4 tires for $1100. Why didn't I question any of this? The guy seemed very nice and I was so stressed from having a flat tire and blocking traffic for 30 minutes and very frazzled so I just agreed. After about an hour the guy tells me I need new front brake pads as they've worn down to 1mm. I told him I just got new brake pads one year ago. He shakes his head and tells me whoever installed them must've given me poor quality brake pads or I'm an aggressive driver. I tell him I'm not interested but he keeps insisting telling me if I didn't replace them now it would cause "metal on metal" and destroy my rotors and I would be causing way more serious damage which would become costly. Did I want to pay a few hundred dollars now to replace the pads or thousands later because I didn't do what I was supposed to? I don't know anything about cars. Don't even know what brake pads look like at this point and he's talking fast and showing me the pads and acting extremely concerned about my welfare and last thing I wanted was another big expense so I agreed. I asked him to take pictures of my pads with my phone which he did and while they're fixing my car I called up the place that originally did my brakes and of course they defend themselves. Who am I to believe? I Google some pictures of worn brake pads to compare to the pictures of my own and what I saw on my car, and it really looks to me that my original brake pads look quite new! I estimated that the part I'm actually supposed to measure was about half an inch just based on what I actually saw in person while he was talking fast and taking the pictures, which Google tells me is actually equivalent to 8mm! I get upset and ask them to bring my old brake pads out and I want them to measure and show me exactly where it's 1mm and of course they bring out pads that look nothing like my picture. I told them these don't look anything like what's in my picture- they're not my pads and also not 1mm- they were 2 or 3 but still way thinner than what I had just seen on my car and in the pictures. It also took them a long time to find my brake pads even though they just took them off. It was at that point I realized they were complete liars and I wasn't going to get anywhere with them at this point and I was made a fool. Then they tell me they're getting my new pads from some warehouse and it'll be here soon. Of course before I signed the papers they told me all the parts were already there and should be done quickly. I asked them why are parts being delivered when they said all were in stock?! Oh because they meant the parts are here locally in Southern California. Lies after lies. I can go on but I'll stop here. It isn't just the fact that I got scammed into getting new brake pads and possibly new tires, but also the fact that I probably had legit pads in there already and they might have replaced it with $hitty ones because at this point I would expect no less from this place. They prey on women and elderly (I saw an elderly man in a walker come in crying about having paid for 4 new tires but they only replaced 1 and left him with 3 old tires. I don't know how and if that was resolved so won't comment more on that). I also notice there are some five star reviews here from people who came in to get a new tire but also left with new brake pads much like my own situation. They're probably giving 5 star reviews not knowing they were talked into replacing perfectly fine brake pads. Save your money headache and the feeling of being gaslit up your a$$ and go elsewhere. I've attached a pic of my pads- you be the judge.
