We moved in October 2025. They were referred to us through New Leaf Senior Transitions. Fuller was professional and prompt. We had an estimator come to our home, got a quote , and then we scheduled our moving date. Three men showed up promptly on our moving date and worked tirelessly until 9:00 pm without ever complaining about the hard work. Unfortunately, our job was under estimated. All of our items would not fit in their truck, so they had to go back for another load (fortunately the move was local). This resulted in more charges with the company that helped us pack and unpack as the day went extra long. New Leaf Senior Transitions helped negotiate so we did not have to pay extra to Fuller. Very late that evening, after the papers were signed and all the workers were gone, I noticed a large gash in the wood of the headboard of my bed, as if it was cut while removing the packing. I'm not happy that this was not brought to our attention right away. Again, New Leaf Senior Transitions helped and we contacted Fuller about this. Fuller sent a furniture repair person out to refinish the headboard and he did an excellent job. All in all, as far as moving companies go, this is a good one. They are reputable and worth considering for your next move. read more

All three could be weight training coaches--yet personality, pizzaz, and graceful speed won the day. Moving is brutal. These three made it bearable and even sometimes humorous. Amazing team that was recommended by our friends who used them for out of state move last year. They helped make our move from Sacramento to San Diego a breeze. We used Fuller Moving Services last Saturday for our move from Elk Grove to Lincoln which was a few months after using a different moving company to move from our house to an apartment and storage unit. The first company, that actually has good ratings on this site, was late to the job, & wasn't careful with our belongings so we were anxious about our final move from the apartment to our home. Cheerful & helpful office staff answered the phone each time I called and they made sure to confirm our date & time for the move. Our crew of Andrew, Cam L., Cam M., & Evan M on trucks 3 & 7 were great. They seemed to be a well coordinated team; the company charges by the hour and they moved quickly & efficiently for both the loading & unloading process. They were careful & managed to load their trucks in a way to not waste any space making sure there was room for everything that needed to move. We recently used Fuller Moving Services (and North American Van Lines) for an 800-mile move up the west coast. From beginning to end, we were super happy with the service Fuller provided. Starting with Barbara's in-person visit to provide a quote, through the communications with their incredibly helpful and cheerful office staff, to the incredible packers and loaders who took everything from the house to the trucks. The team included Chris, Cam L, Evan, Cam M, Isaiah, Makayla and Kevin; they were all totally professional and expert. They were on time, prepared, and efficient. The packing team arrived on Wednesday to pack, and got everything done in just a few hours. On Thursday, they came back, with several others, to load the trucks. Again, they managed the entire house's contents (in the pouring rain) in just a few hours. They left at noon. We headed out as well. We arrived at our destination at 3PM on Friday, and as we arrived, I got a call that the truck would be there the next morning to unload. What more could I ask? As promised, the truck arrived early on Saturday, and not only was the process quick, the team was very attentive to detail and gracious about putting things where we asked. We had three items damaged during the move, and the process to get reimbursed for these items was simple and we received a check quickly. All in all, this was the smoothest professional move we've ever had (and we've done this 5 or 6 times in the past). Was Fuller Moving Services the cheapest option? Probably not. I spent days going back and forth with them (it was like pulling teeth to get a quote) and then they just stopped responding to all of my emails. No curtesy notice, just ghosted. Fuller quoted our move then ended up charging us approx 20% more. Why? They saw everything we had which was already packed and ready to go. They promised to wrap and package the large bulky items (that they saw and quoted) properly but didn't bother. They tossed them on the truck without protection and damaged a lot. Scratches in wood furniture, large screen TV cracked, large pictures banged against each other with frames damaged, edge of table smashed, large decor completely broken into pieces. They didn't bother wrapping the things they implicitly told me that they would. What the heck? They were so far behind that it was obvious we wouldn't be done in 1 day, so we brought in 4 friends and a moving van to make it happen halfway through the day. Ridiculous.They damaged approximately $3K worth of stuff which we were not compensated for. When they broke things they attempted to hide the damage. Totally unprofessional in every way. read more

Let me make this clear, your company did a horrible job!! The elevator was in use per the manager at Eldorado Estates. If a resident was in the elevator then no they could not but with covid all residents could not leave their rooms unless for appointments etc. The movers did not do their job that we paid for and there is no EXCUSE for leaving this studio a disaster! Why does it take 3 hours to load up 2 recliners, a mattress/box spring and clock?? There was plenty of time in which this whole room should of been packed up and there is no excuse for the way it was left!!!! read more

Fuller Moving Services did an excellent job helping with our move from Rocklin down to San Diego. The team was very professional in protecting our furniture and house moving such big items (couch, TVs, fridge, washer/dryer, table, etc.) by wrapping doorways and the items themselves with special padding. They came with extra boxes and tape too which was nice for those odds and ends we still had to pack the day of. They called when they were on the way and showed up on time at both pickup and delivery. Kipp was the main guy in charge and he was absolutely amazing!
