I took my quad there to get some work done and they did a half ass job on it. I won't recommend them to anybody.

Well lets just say they had the bike for over a year and half (Some of the delay was a financial issue due to moving and job change on our part). He has over 11,000.00 is this bike it sounds like crap. They claim to be certified well if that was the case the bike would not be at another location getting corrected. They charged him for things they did not do and for parts they did not put in. The bike had to be towed back to them 2 times for the same issue. We spoke with the owner who was not pleasant at all. If you want to waste your money, get your stuff back worse than it was then this is the place for you. They had a flood one of the parts got lost. They did replace it and yes the part was only a few dollars but the fact remains they lost a part then the gentleman acted like i was in the wrong because i was upset that happened. I would not have been like that I do understand things happen but at least apologize don't be rude and inconsiderate. We did try reaching out giving them the opportunity to rectify this and of course they don't want to own up to faults. We wanted them to help cover the cost to get the bike fixed right where it is at now. There is no way that bike was or will ever return to that shop. Also keep in mind that from the time he picked the bike up and dropped off at new location he put 1100 miles on the bike. Prior to all this we dealt with them a lot we also had another bike there that they was to do a clutch on and have since found that we do not believe they did that either but they sure was happy to take out money.

While I was waiting I walked around and looked at all the various motorcycle parts and accessories in the showroom, and they also have a nice customer waiting area . . . Cheers!

Every tire I ever bought (the 20 years I rode while living in the Burgh) I had mounted there. Every clutch in every bike (over 20 motorcycles) for a couple of decades.. Once again.. Only Norms.| There was nothing they wouldn't work on. (they even turned wrenches on my BMW's and Moto Guzzi.) I moved to Florida a dozen years ago. Decided to do a nostalgia project out of a bike I found in the back of a guys garage for cheap (1978 Honda SuperSport with the inline 4 750.) Called to check for parts while planning a trip back home.. Was super sad to find out they had closed up shop. If you ever had the experience of dealing with Norms.. You KNOW you haven't lived the pieced-it-together rat bike lifestyle until you knew where everything was in their yard and warehouse, and had invested countless Saturdays mornings hanging out in the showroom or around the side in the garage absorbing wisdom and know-how. Norm's will be a part of a lot of people's memories for a really long time. At Norm's... It didn't matter WHAT you rode.. it only mattered THAT you rode. Best to those that kept it running for so long after Norm!

I originally left a terrible review, after I got my tires mounted and balanced by them. I saw the receipt that they gave me, and misread it. It appeared that they charged me a $90 fee for tire disposal. Gosh was I mistaken. I am looking at the receipt now, and it was a $10 fee for the tire disposal. The "$90" was just the total of the mount and balance. I was having an awful day and misread the receipt. Wow. I really suck for that, and am embarrassed. These guys got my tires mounted and balanced within a day. Couldn't find anywhere else that could get me in that quickly.
