I took the car to my dealer to double check that the rims and tires were in fact safe to drive on and, reassured that it was only cosmetic, was told that they worked with this vendor to repair damage like mine, that I could expect about $250 per wheel and it would look brand new. I wish I had taken photos because this was BAD and I was highly skeptical but, a few weeks later, I dropped off my car at my dealer on a scheduled date, they worked with Alloy to take my car there and, a couple of days later, I had my car back and it looked like this damage never even happened. They are magicians. I'm thrilled with the work and would recommend them highly.

We hit a giant pothole on Sunday and bent a rim when most rim places were closed. I emailed that afternoon to see if they could fix it for us first thing Monday so we could still make it to the eclipse. They got back to us right away. They fit us in and fixed the rim in just an hour for a great price! Really appreciate the team at Alloy for their great work and customer service. We made it to the eclipse and witnessed such a cool event because they saved us in a bind.

Upon inspection I was told that it would be a $4500+ repair to either replace $600 in parts and install them, or $2000+ at another Monroe in Cranberry to "try" to weld a patch. I got my brake pads changed and 2 new front tires, $950. Crying, I left with my broken car. I called a different shop. Well! They just fixed my car, no problem for $217! This horrible shop, Monroe can go to heck! Foot note, the people working there are wonderful. The "name" in the sign is the one that sucks here. Monroe sucks. Apparently they are known for over charging exorbitant amounts. I'm going to be reporting Monroe to the BBB, and putting up a review on any and every site I can find.

Went back because I still could hear noise in the front-end left my car and warranty info got call stating I needed a rack end pinion which was covered under warranty and approved for payment of $2100 but I was told I also needed to replace 3 lines connected to the rack, which were not covered and would cost me $1900 out of pocket I then took my vehicle to Firestone where I was told I needed a rack end pinion, powerstering pump and struts all which were covered approx 3000 dollars, including an alignment which at Monroe I would've had to pay for.Not only did Monroe install the swaybar on wrong side they didn't diagnosed my vehicle correctly The only good thing Monroe did was install a headlight free of charge
