A quick google zip code search pulled up ABComputers on 312 E 4th St, Santa Ana, near the Santa Ana courthouse. Owner Carlos answered, said he could look at ihe laptop right away. When I arrived with it (easy street parking right in front of his shop), he examined it and informed me a new Dell keyboard was needed. I prepay $136.65 now, and it will be delivered on the following Monday. Great! Except I needed to go back to work, so he loaned me a USB keyboard to use until the new keyboard arrived. I used his keyboard for an entire week until I could get back to his shop. I thought he closes at 5:00 pm - he is open until 7:00 pm! When I returned, he installed the new Dell factory keyboard: total for this work was $136.65 - no extra charge for installation, no extra charge for the loaner keyboard.
