Highest rating possible for Bogdana Dees and Shoreline Village Real Estate from my family! It was a pleasure working with Bogdana! We put full trust in her and she surpassed our expectations. After our Mom's passing, we six siblings needed the right person to represent each of our needs in the selling of her house. Bogdana helped ease our burdens in a very difficult time. She is patient, trustworthy, and talented enough to make all 6 of us feel joyful with the terms of the sale. She answered all of our questions and always kept us informed and updated. Her partner Brent has the gratitude of my family as well for his help. We are thankful and happy that Bogdana was able to get much more for our Mom's house than expected. We give Bogdana Dees 5/5 stars. My family will only work with her for all our future real estate needs. The Chavez family read more

Brent and Bogdana did an amazing job with a short turnaround for a condominium rental property. We were able to view the property and make an offer the same day and go into escrow within a few days. They are very communicative and everything is electronic and easy to complete. They were a pleasure to work with and we will definitely use them for our next purchase or sale. read more

Bogdana is the best! She sold our condo for the highest sale price in the 36 year history of the complex. A new record! She and her business partner Brent marketed so well that we had 77 people come to the first day of the open house and 99 people came on the second day. That was on a rainy weekend. We received multiple offers, and Bogdana's educational background in contract negotiations paid dividends. We got $28,000. more than we hoped to get. She and Brent also represented us in buying a new house in Cypress. My family's forever home. We found our dream house. Bogdana got us into our new home at the right price while having to compete with a lot of buyers. Even during covid-19 lock down, Bogdana has the best 3-D video photography, that gives buyers a chance to "walk through" the house virtually on their phone, computer, or even with VR goggles. Bogdana is already helping our friend Mike sell his house, and will be helping other friends and family with their real estate sales and purchases from now on. Bogdana and Brent were a pleasure to work with! They will definitely be invited to the housewarming party. She worked hard for us and really had our backs. She put us in touch with multiple lenders, who competed for our business, until the right loan was presented to us, saving us tens of thousands from what we expected to pay. Top class. 5 out of 5 everything! We're so thankful for Bogdana and Brent handling both sales with such thoughtfulness, professionalism, and persistence. Always with cheerful attitudes! read more

We were in the market for a single family home, but had some pretty vague requirements for what we both wanted. Poor Brent had to submit multiple offers only to have us change our minds on more than one occassion. This man has the patience of a saint! Brent was super generous with his time, was wise in his input and advice, and was able to get us an incredible deal. We ended up closing on what was my fifth home, and we got money back after closing! We are now the proud owners of a home with million dollar views. We love Brent and the whole team of professionals he works with at Full Service Real Estate Group. read more

We had a house to sell that we had to sell but were in a quandary on moving forward. Called Brent and he offered to stop by to provide some comps and suggestions to improve the sale. Brent came with Bogdona, looked our home over, discussed comps, and we finally decided to go forward. Next Brent contacted Heather(?) who did a fantastic job of rearranging some of our furniture and overall improving the appeal of our home. We really liked what she did. We had a short trip planned before the open house, and surprise, had several offers made that day. We chose the best of the offers, full asking, started packing, and in about a about 2 weeks it was all done. A sweet, painless process, thanks to Brent, Bogdona and Heather. read more

Bogdana and Brent are AMAZING agents! I had such an incredible experience as a first time home buyer working with the both of them. They are absolutely deserving of the 5 star rating review. Not only did Bogdana and Brent exceed my expectations as a first time home buyer, but I truly appreciated their honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness. Bogdana had superior communication and transparency, which was very important for me. She provided prompt and informative responses via text, email, and/or phone call. First Service Real Estate Group has a great understanding of the local real estate market. Moreover, they were effective negotiators in a competitive marketplace. I most certainly will use them again for potential real estate endeavors in the future and fully confident in referring them to friends/family. I highly recommend Bogdana and Brent for any of your real estate needs. P.S. Bogdana continued to provide great service after I moved into my new home. For example, there was outdoor furniture the previous owner left behind that I didn't want or need and she went out of her way to find suitable buyers on FB marketplace which took a nice load off my shoulders with a busy schedule. That was very nice and helpful of her. read more

Brent cares. It drives him to go above and beyond. If you read the reviews, I am sure you'll see this consistently. My perspective is on the outside as an appraiser in the real estate industry. There are very few men like Brent! Believe me, many agents out there can make a good first impression, but you need someone like Brent that will carry that impression from beginning all the way to the end. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience working with Bogdana and Brent when I purchased my townhouse. They were very responsive , professional, knowledgeable and always on top of things. I did not have my own agent while house hunting but once seller accepted my offer , Bogdana and Brent became my realtors too. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. I was kept informed at every step of the way, they made me aware of my options and always had my best interest in mind during the escrow process. Thank you Bogdana and Brent! read more

Brent Hammond is a very seasoned and experienced real estate professional. I have worked alongside him for the last 5-6 years in a lending capacity and I can't tell you how many times I have heard the "roar of the crowd" from Brent's clients praising his efforts on both the "buy" and the "sell" side. Just want to say these two right here are the best! They helped us through every part of buying our home and even after! I want to share my experience first time buying a home. As many of you felt like I did Scared because it was a major decision in my life. Many thoughts, concerns, long term commitment, and mainly a financial impact kept running back in forth in my head forgetting about other important things going on in my life. Until then I was introduced to Brent Hammond by sister who just had previously purchased her home with the support of him. First time meeting Brent there was no business talk ever occurred just conversations of how he knew my family for years. I was pleased with the conversations with him and decided to inquire about his career knowing that I was already aware that he was in the business of real estate. He answered back with a different answer that I would never have expected and replied with I love to help people full fill their happiness and contribute where he can to help in anyways. Prior to leaving I had asked if we can plan to sit down and truly discuss him being my representation for buying a home, which he was very considerate and provided me his business card and stated to call him when ready or to call if I had any other questions even before actually meeting day. Day has arrived and we came down to his office even though he was willing to meet anywhere that was convenient for us. I felt so scared, confused, and lost because I have never been in this process in my life of buying a home. Once we sat down he started to speak about our personal goals, and expectations of buying a house, which was very comforting for me and my wife. My wife and I had a lengthy conversations of our future, and expectations to him, which as almost we were speaking as friends. My wife and I noticed that feeling and started to feel more comfortable turning to him for help to accomplish a goal in our life. He then asked us what was our expectation of him and how can he help us out. I started to let him know about my fears, and concerns of getting into a long term commitment, which he started to answer my questions 1 by 1 and actually providing me good answers to where they put in place that my fear was slimming down. After all of our curious questions and thoughts where answered and addressed, we then asked him to represent us and how can we move to the next step. As Brent knew that he was going to be our representative he never once started to show property, location, and price's but continued to put us in a place to where we felt as our goal was starting to get accomplished. While in the process of shopping for homes he was there when we needed him to be there to look at homes and ask for opinions, and mainly of course is it worth the money. He was very open and pointed out cost repairs and purchase price, which he knew that was important to us because he was doing his strongest to make sure he stayed within our budget goal. I feel like I can write a book on how happy I was with Brent and to make this story short without Brent and his partner Bogdonna, which I apologize me forgetting to mention her earlier in the story made my family's dream come true without the fear of being haggled, forced purchasing on home I did not want, and over spending. read more

Working with Bogdonna and Brent was a true "Heaven Scent" from Full Service Real-estate Group. I'm not exaggerating, our house was on the market for 7 months without any potential buyer interest. When Brent and Bogdonna met with us to assess the house, they were surprised that there were no offers made. Once they staged and made all the necessary changes to enhance our property, it sold within a week, with several back-up offers. It was wonderful working with them both. I'm very grateful to have met them and appreciate their detailed and professional handling of our property. read more

Brent is the man! We just bought a house in Long Beach with Brent and he was awesome. Very genuine and understanding to our needs. He was also very reliable in terms of contacting the seller and that's what caused the seller to work with us. After our move he stayed in contact with us and answered any further questions we had. Overall great guy and he's got a great taste in music as well! read more

So let me start off by saying I hate real estate agents because I feel 90% of them all they care about is closing the deal and collecting their commision. I heard many horror stories and examples of agents cutting off all communication when the deal is done, ie the buying agent cuts all communication with the buyer once the transaction closes so the buyer has to find the seller to collect the keys. With that being said I recently bought a home through Brent with was lightly renovated. The transaction was average which had its normal issues, I would say 3 stars. (TIP: Do not use Escrow Closing Services Inc if it is recommended by Brent. He has to recommend them because I BELIEVE the escrow company is partially owned by the owner of T.N.G. Real Estate. All the issues with my transaction was due to the escrow company and their lack of communication and errors.) Recently my newly glazed tub started peeling and I was really upset. It was a LONG shot but decided to give Brent a call and see if there was a warranty on it. After talking to him and sending pictures he said "I will take care of it", he got in contact with the contractor that renovated the house and held his feet to the fire to have it reglazed. From what the contractor told me was that he subed it and they weren't going to warranty it so he ate the cost and sent another subcontractor to have it reglazed. I dont know what Brent said to him but the contractor said "If you have any more issues with the house call me directly dont call Brent". I never heard of an Agent helping out a customer AFTER the deal has closed, let alone 6 MONTHS after, he truly is FULL SERVICE. I guess he is REALLY one of the few agents that really care about his clients. This is why I gave his 5 stars because he really was there for me when I needed him. read more

While searching for a home 8+ years ago, I came across a home I was interested in seeing. I called the listing agent and Brent was there within the hour. He walked me through and allowed me to explore on my own. He showed me several other homes before I decided on my current home and I promise I was looking for a reason not to trust him but things seemed to get better and better throughout the entire experience. When I have questions regarding anything "real estate" he has been there to answer my question. I trust him completely to see me through any home buying process and will highly recommend him to anyone that ask. He was a blessing. read more

Brent really helped us get our house sold and let me tell you it wasn't an easy sell. Our house was sold as is and it needed a lot of work but he made it happen. I think went way above and beyond what any normal agent would have done. Great work look forward to doing more business with him. read more

Brent is a hard working, smart agent you want on your side. Some agents wait for things to happen, Brent makes them happen!

Brent and Bogdana were absolutely amazing. They worked so hard to find us the perfect home and were so knowledgeable and patient with both my husband and I. I am so glad we worked with them. read more

The reason I gave Brent and Bogdana a five star is because there was no place to put a TEN!! I normally don't have many good things to say about the people we do business with nowadays! Brent and Bogdana are a breath of fresh air. Not only did he do everything he promised he would. when the sale started to slip because the buyer and myself couldn't come to terms Brent reached in his own pocket and made repairs to keep the buyer happy. He was always there for our ever need. When Brent tells you he's full service he absolutely is to the smallest detail. He even did the advertising and set out the signs for our estate sale and our garage sale! Two weeks in a row mind you because the first week was rainy. read more

Brent is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever known. My husband and I have bought and sold many homes in last 20 plus years and we have rented, bought and sold with Brent. He goes above and beyond and definitely has earned the right to be called a "full service realtor". We wish he lived near us now, so he could help us with our current real estate plight. read more

Brent was already a trusted friend for over 10 years. So when I needed the help of a Realtor, naturally he was the first one I called. My husband and I needed to do a short sale in preparation for our divorce, and I had taken a job out of state. This probably made things a little more difficult for Brent but he didn't shy away from the challenge. I appreciated his expertise with lenders and short sales. When he mapped out the process of a short sale for me, I learned it wasn't going to be a quick and easy process. Every single detail that Brent mapped out on the short sale process came to pass. More importantly, Brent made the whole process from start to finish smooth as silk. I will always be grateful for his professionalism, and his expertise during a difficult time in my life. I highly recommend him to anyone needing the assistance of a top notch Realtor!! read more

Brent really knows how to sell a house. He sold three of my houses. I received asking price on one of them and above asking price on the other two. He knows how to stage the houses to make them attractive to buyers. His open houses attracted a lot of people. One of the open houses had over eight people going through the house. It produced six offers. Buyers got into a bidding war and drove the price up.One of the buyers was having serious issues getting a loan. Brent reached out to his contacts and got it done.Brent cares about doing a good job. He goes beyond the normal expectations. If you want a realtor who will work hard for you, call Brent. read more

Brent was amazing in helping me get my house. He sent me links to houses available in my price range and location do I could explore all the open houses that weekend through clicking on the map. When I found one I liked on Zillow he was quick and able to get me in the running by putting in a quote that day as bids were being accepted for only one more day. He knows how to make your bid both cost effective and attractive to the other realtor. I had issues with my funding from a complicated trust dispersement but they were able to handle it so I could still bid. Every step of the way he made himself quickly available and helped answer questions and work to get me the house I wanted. He knows what he is doing whether you are buying or selling. He even arranged to find a locksmith for me the night of closing so I could have everything done that day! I highly recommend him as an agent and a business professional. read more
