She keeps us informed when workers are coming to the property, and has handled every issue quickly. The property itself had some residual issues due to neglect from previous management (Triwest - I do NOT recommend), so there was lots to manage quickly when Figure8 took over. I didn't give 5 stars because we live in an open air property with lots of grassy areas and open space, and I don't agree with the decision to install rat poison outdoors, due to the fact that this can impact other animals in the area. But I recognize 1) this is likely a decision of the owners and 2) I don't know what I don't know...maybe we have a rat problem and I've just never seen them or had any issue with them. They use appfolio for payment of rent, and autopayment comes out on the 1st and not earlier, which I appreciate.
