I found Monica on Yelp and really liked the photos for eyebrow wax and tint! I was a bit apprehensive especially since I've had bad eyebrow experiences before (usually when they decide to make my eyebrows too thin when they're already so sparse yikes). I also wanted to try a tint for the first time since I could feel a little better about leaving the house without carelessly filling them in. I was worried that some of the Yelp photos were photos after people had gone and filled them in with makeup, but after getting them done and seeing my brows for myself, it's obvious it just shows how worth it it was to have Monica shape and tint my brows. The wax was quick and she was honest to me about how long the tint will be on my skin and how the tint affects my eyebrows since I had some dark black hairs and some light ones that the tint really had an effect on. She then got a new job and had to quit. :( I scheduled an appointment with a new waxer at EWC. The job she did was quite atrocious​. She didn't let the wax cool long enough, thus pulling it and it didn't come off (extremely painful), and she left behind lots of hair and patches of wax... I didn't realize the extent of this was until I got home... so I'm on the internet searching for someone new- and I found Monica's page. I texted her at like 8pm, thinking there's no way I'd be able to see her in the near future, I explained my situation and that I just desperately needed a few touch up strips.
