Just wanted to say these guys are rad. I had been searching everywhere for a new 2022 Fox Float x2 (210x52.5) or a Coil (DHX2) and it looked like they had a few options in stock. I ended up calling and speaking to Mike. We totally geeked out over the phone about suspension for 20 minutes and he helped me understand the pros and cons of coil vs air. Needless to say, he hooked me up with the x2 and I've been super happy. From the time I ordered it I had it delivered to my house in Tahoe in about a day. I brought my Olins fork and shock to be serviced in January 2025. The fork was shipped to me a month later and a "Loaner shock" as I was told the shock needed a part which needed to be ordered. I have made many calls with no answer. The mailbox states is full. i tried to e mail and it was also returned undeliverable. I am assuming that he is out of business. It is now May. read more

Mike was recommended to us from a friend in the mtb community. He was thorough and decently priced. The only complaint is that it's hard to find the location-could use better signage. We ended up asking the salon owners where to go and they seemed like maybe they're asked often. The bike suspension is working well and he completed the work quickly. read more

I messaged Sierra that I have an emergency. I'm riding with friends in Downieville Saturday, and my Fox Float X2 is losing air and the dust shield pop out. I included my emails and receipts as proof of my campsite and shuttle ride, and they were nice enough to take me and repair my Fox X2. They were highly recommended by BKXC, Dagonger and Ttailpeek, and coming all the way from Fremont, I think it's all worth it. Thank you again for taking me in such a short noticed. I have had several of my friends from the Sacramento area tell me about their great experience with Michael, the owner of Full Flow Suspension. What can I say, this is how a business should be ran. I placed an order online on a Sunday evening for various suspension products I needed to get up and running again for the following weekend. I call a couple days later to check the status of my order and Michael informs me that my order has already shipped and I will now have new shiny parts to put on my bike! I've had great service here but I've also had bad experiences and I'm not the only one. If Michael tells you he "can't repair your rockshox rear shock", what he means is "Sram won't sell me the parts to fix your shock and they could totally fix it, but I am going to try and sell you a new shock instead." Buyer beware. When I sent my "broken" shock to sram they fixed it, but they charged me $200 because there were "missing internals" This occurred last year and I decided not to review the shop because I thought maybe it was a miscommunication, but I've now heard of two other people who had this happen. "Your damper shaft is scored" is code for "Send it to sram and don't let me rip you off" You can probably trust him with your forks though. read more

If you want to get the optimal performance from your mountain bike suspension bring it to Mike and he will get it dialed. My Fox 36 fork and DPX2 rear shock have never felt better. read more

Not even sure how I found Michael and Full Flow Suspension, but glad I did. Most hassle free servicing of my Fox Float X2. I confirmed that he would ship to Hawaii which was no big deal for him. He also took the time to chat a small bit on the phone about servicing, schedule and small details of what he does going through it all. Sent him the shock, quick turn around, sent back. Came well wrapped and ready to install. Riding it refurbished was obviously better than what I sent him. So my take is that I couldn't have asked for better service except if he would move here to Hawaii so I can drop it off in person yearly so I can give high fives. Here's what I've had done at Full Flow: -Two forks set-up/upgraded with Vorsprung Luftkappe. -Ordered a brand new rear shock and had it upgraded with the Vorsprung Tractive Valve Tuning. Michael offered to match an online price for a Monarch RCT3 without me even asking. -Just got my fork and rear shock back from a yearly service. I've never been anything but satisfied with the cost/timeframe/quality of work. All first class. The honest willingness to help you and not make you feel dumb for asking simple questions from the owner, Michael, is the icing on the cake. I was very grateful that Micheal serviced my Fox DPX2 same day it came in so I could ride in this spectacular weather. I had set up the service the week before, but I neglected to mail shock on time, as I kept riding all weekend. When I finally got it in the mail, it was days late getting to him, but he was able to finish it on the day he promised. I dropped the ball, but he got it done as promised. I was so stoked, that I drove from Oakland to Auburn, to pick it up, and ride Auburn trails. I will be using Full Flow Suspension for my next service interval. This is a great resource for NORCAL Mountain Bikers that are not willing to wait 2 weeks (plus shipping time) for service from FOX, for their Suspension service, so give him a try, lets keep him busy! read more

Just had my fox 32 serviced by Michael. He did a great job and explained service procedure throughly. After I got shock home and installed I went back and he walked me through the proper adjustments of my shock. Very professional and knowledgeable I would recommend this shop highly!! read more

Turn around time for my shock was a little longer than all of my other buddies took. Usually around a week or 2 max but mine was 3 weeks. I didnt mind though as i even advised Michael. He is not only a great guy, he is super knowledgeable and did a great job on servicing my rear shock fox float x2. I definitely recommend him anyday. read more
