Cute little thrift store that I stumbled upon while in Pasadena. Has some good finds and the employees are incredibly friendly.

*Don't forget to use the $15 for $25 deal on Yelp!* Pretty cool thrift store with two floors of merchandise. A good amount of clothing to sift through downstairs. The upstairs is dedicated to home goods. Saw a couple attractive items (a few made somewhere other than the ubiquitous China). They also have a pretty large book section, next to the men's clothing (downstairs). Overall, a nice selection. Clean and organized as well. Easy parking in an adjacent lot. first time here and easily spent 2 hours just browsing around. ended up with a cute planter and 3 pairs of earring. everything is very organized and tidy. prices are VERY reasonable AND they have discount for certain color tags. staff are friendly. will definitely come back for more treasure hunt! read more

I was not impressed with the customer service at all. If you want to be discriminated & ignored then you'll love this place no doubt. For me it was a 0/10. First of all we don't get greeted when we walk in even though I said hi to the two employees in the door way. One being a man with glasses who seemed to be the manager. We browse for about 30 mins. While we're browsing my mom spots some glasses she was interested in asked the man who didn't greet us previously for a discount he says no. No prob she was going to buy them anyways. So after browsing some more we decided to make our way to front to check out. While we're waiting this man is speaking to the customer who is checking out & being very talkative very friendly pretty much the opposite of what me and my mom received. Finally it's my moms turn & she placed a container that she wanted to buy by the register & proceeded to ask for the glasses she was interested in. The man just basically tells her what glasses? Even though he's the one who told her she couldn't get a discount on them. Anyways she tells him which ones & without saying another word he goes to this door/office on the side of the register & brings out the glasses. We didn't understand why he would take the glasses to the office. If he would have came back without the glasses & said someone else put them on hold & not sold them to her then that would of made sense but no he didn't explain anything & just proceeded with the transaction In silence. So after that my mom grabs her glasses & her container & waits for me by the entrance to the store which is basically where you check out. I walk up to the register to be check out by this man & the phone rings the man answers and walks away. Not telling me that someone else is going to check me out or even say excuse me. Then some random employee jumps in to check me out. Then the man with the glasses comes back from his phone call while I'm paying for my Items & tells my mom whose waiting for me this "Ma'am you didn't purchase that" pointing at the container. My mom is shocked so am I because he finally decides to speak to us & he's accusing my mom of stealing a $3 container after she just purchased $50 vintage glasses. My mom respondes & I respond as well saying that she did & he continues to say it's fine you can keep it & walks off. Didn't say sorry didn't say anything just walks away after he had embarrassed her. I never make reviews especially lengthy ones like this but I don't stand for discrimination on people of color / different race. That's exactly what I experienced when visiting full circle thrift. Used to love it and go frequently, but the prices have seemingly DOUBLED in the past few months. Especially for designer things. Was nice to feel like you could afford really nice things at this place; the items are DONATED and it feels very rude to be doubling prices out of nowhere. I get the feeling their mentality is probably, "We do it because we can", aka greed. A massive bummer. read more

I went the other day and was very pleased with my overall experience! I went right when they opened and there weren't very many people until around noon. Their men's section is only a couple of racks in a small room but besides that they have a good selection of clothes for a fair price (although you have to do some digging). They share a parking lot with other businesses but it wasn't an issue. The employees were also super friendly! For COVID, masks are required, fitting rooms are closed, and they have hand sanitizer for you at the door. I've added some pictures of some gems, for shits n giggles. read more

BEST THRIFT STORE!! i'm rarely in the area but whenever I am, I go to this thrift store. i am an experienced thrifter and this is my all time favorite store! super good prices (items are usually $10 or less), timeless and gorgeous pieces-- both clothing and household items-- a diverse selection, and fantastic staff. also the atmosphere is amazing, the building is very cool! i always walk out with something here. they also have dressing rooms and baskets to put your items in while you shop! highly highly recommend this thrift store!! read more

Beautiful view.. although when looking at bags I saw a bunch of ants and it kinda grossed me out cause they were in a cardboard box. Also.. As I'm walking around I noticed this Caucasian man being super rude to his employees. One of them seemed Hispanic and he rudely asked him for the restroom key since he has it. Seeing this made me a bit uncomfortable but I had to use the bathroom so I avoided him and asked another employee in the front and she's like "oh idk where the key is let me ask Paul" and he didn't answer her he just lifted the key in the air, THATS A SCREW DRIVER! So she pointed to Paul and I walked to him and he hands it to me and I'm confused obviously and I'm like "oh this is the key?" And he's like "(other employee) give her instructions" in a rude tone without even acknowledging me and making me feel dumb and the other employee noticed I was about to say something so she was nice and walked me to the bathroom and gave me Some help. I decided not to say anything because maybe he was having a bad day but after reading reviews this is not the first time he's mistreated a client. I'm glad I didn't get anything from here because he lacks customer service, especially as a manager. read more

What a great thrift store! Let's start by how cool the location is, it's located in a small plaza with a hand full of other services, there is tons of parking. The building reminded me of an older church or something to that matter lol Right out front they have signage that shows you what deals they are having, walking into the place I was actually excited to see such a clean and well organized store. I was immediately greeted by a nice gentleman, I asked him where I could find any men's stuff i.e. Tanks and shorts and he guided me to the right direction, he pointed to the upstairs. I was glad I asked for helped because I would of never guessed there was an upstairs for customers to continue shopping. They have tons of great things, lots of them looked in great condition and vintage items. I will defiantly be back to do some bargain shopping :) Have Fun! Love this spot. We discovered this shop about 5 years ago. We've always been a thrifting family, so finding this clean, family friendly, well laid out shop was a boon for us all. My little one could always find a toy, my daughter lives to find a clothing gem, my husband finds the coolest random stuff (like a clay topper for a hookah) and me... I love the puzzle selection. They have a credit system where they keep track of how much you spend via your phone number, and give you a $5 in store credit after a certain amount. Not sure what amount it is, but we usually have the $5 credit every 2 or 3 visits. read more

Esthetically pleasing, well organized, nice little thrift shop. We are avid thrift shoppers from out of town and we were excited to try this place. Plenty of parking in the lot. Love the exterior brick building. All of the clothing, accessories, books and albums were well placed and reasonably priced. And on top of that it was the Thursday "happy hour" where everything was 50% off. A very nice lady checked us out and had a conversation with my son who has visited thrift shops around the world. It's nice that they take the time to chat with customers. Plus the most adorable little Toto dog hanging out in the store! We will definitely be back next time we are in town. read more

Pretty good thrift store in Altadena! Definitely heavy in the clothes department if you're into shopping second hand for clothing. This shop is in a gorgeous old building on Lake Ave and has two floors, the first made up almost entirely of clothes. The second floor is full of home stuff, art, and right now, Halloween costumes. The home goods section is mostly small stuff--kitchen items, craft supplies, knick knacks, and the like. I've been here twice and have never found anything I needed, but the prices are right and the staff is friendly. It's worth noting that they have almost no furniture or bigger pieces in case that's what you're shopping for. Regarding COVID protocols, masks were enforced and the shop wasn't busy so distancing was easy. Not sure if they're limiting capacity when it does get busy, but I tend to not even stop if I see a line. There's a parking lot that's shared with a few businesses, plus street parking is typically pretty easy in Altadena. They seemed to be doing a food drive for Friends in Deed while I was there which is super cool. If you're coming from a little further away, definitely stop at Cafe de Leche (https://www.yelp.com/biz/caf%C3%A9-de-leche-altadena-2) afterwards for a coffee to go! read more

The staff is great and kind. I used to come here frequently for good deals. Lately, the prices have been insanely priced. 50$-600$ for donated items! All items are donations, and prices are around retail value if not more. It's really disappointing, especially when shoppers who are low-income come to get clothing. I'm not sure I'll be back. I hope management realizes the prices are unfair and not helpful to the community. :/ read more

This is my favorite thrift store. Great inventory, well organized and displayed, great prices and good sales, a place to try on clothes. The upstairs is Altadena's best kept secret where you can buy anything from brand new Turkish towels, to antique silver plated serving ware for insanely low prices. This thrift store is a great hidden gem. It's located up Lake Ave away from city. It's in Altadena and has so much charm! First thing you will notice will be the old building that looks like an old church. They have a hug parking lot with plenty of spaces available. They also often have a sign out near the entrance letting you know what deals they have for the day. Yes they have sales! Not only is this thrift store priced fairly but it also has weekly discounts of up to 75%off. The store itself is clean and well organized. They have so many neat finds too! Such a great shop!!! In an adorable old school brick building, Full Circle Thrift is one of the last thrift shops that maintains thrift shop pricing. The shop is clean, has lots of goodies to peruse (heavy on clothing, but the second floor is home goods, dishes, and more). It's MUCH larger from the outside. Rather small on the inside. And I don't know what is up, but when you walk in the front it smells like nasty old gym sweat smell. Maybe it's mildew that everyone is getting to inhale but it's pretty disgusting. Also the upstairs area near the glassware smelled the same.
