Note: they recycle rigid and food packaging styrofoam (needs to be collected in clear plastic bags which Im unclear as to why, but I think they provide bags if needed). They don't take the squishy spongy kind of Styrofoam, and no packing peanuts.

We arrived at about 10:30 a.m. there was an open sign on the door and the interior lights were on. However, the door was locked and no one was inside. There were two other customers waiting. One said they had been there an hour earlier, and the office was closed then too. If they needed to close suddenly, they could have at least put a sign on the door. Luckily, we ended up finding another shredding facility (Shred RI) very nearby that was open. I'll probably go to Shred RI from now on to avoid this type of inconvenience.
