Two pubs in one for sure here - Gastro pub during the day - Haven't been so cannot comment other than to say the food is certainly normal gastro and secondly a week-end hotspot for the Fulham and Chelsea set. Fulham and Chelsea are obviously know for having their fair share of Zara's and Barnaby's and this is one of the places they go at the weekend. A lively and spacious pub with a magnificent decked garden outside (one of the best I have seen). Expect to either talk or hear a lot about skiing, holidays in Sandy Lane, shooting, Karen Millen, Gucci or what BMW someone is buying or general la de da discussion. It is a great fun place to go at the week-end and you are guaranteed a good time. Service at the bar can be slow but that is part of the deal here - you want atmosphere, you need to wait for a beer. Not going to be to everyone's taste but certainly the young at heart and those that are or want to be part of the in crowd.

Went here our last night in England and it was a great choice. The food was fantastic, but the atmosphere and staff were above and beyond.

“The staff are friendly and there is a beer garden with heaters and a giant umbrella so you are not literally left out in the cold if you are a smoker!”

It's at the bottom of a Holiday Inn, or at least, it appeared to be that way, and was a strange mish-mash of a pub. I think it was trying to feel like it was really old, yet it had the strangest collection of furniture and decor. We had a blast making fun of this tavern. Tables were laid out in sort of a weird fashion and at first we were really close to this group of 20 somethings that were fairly drunk and really obnoxious and a woman who was sitting by herself at a table for 6 who was reading a book while her food sat off to the side. The drunk group left and it got nice and quiet and so did the woman who had a better table than we did so we took her table. Nothing we drank was anything we'd ever come back for. There are way too many good pubs in London. Unless everything else is closed and this is the only option, go elsewhere!

The food looked (and smelled) good but it was only liquid libations for us. Great staff, everyone was friendly. Not sure what the thing about hotel guests only is, I'm sure there were other people here and they weren't checking for room keys.

We came by to just take pictures to send to them but decided to pop in for drinks and lunch. It was 12:30 and we were hungry from walking around all morning. We sat outside on the patio out front. It had a reserved sign on the table but the hostess said we can have the table. It was a hot day with maybe the 3rd or 4th heat wave of the summer! We wanted to sit outside but in the shade. The table they gave us was perfect! The pints and cocktails were a perfect start. We ordered: Crab malfade £20 Chicken and Parm Ham Schnitzel £20.50 Fish & Chips £22.50 Only the crab malfade was good. The rest of the meals were not great but we were hungry so we ate them. Still giving them a 4 stars for great ambiance and service. Definitely more of a drinks spot.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual pint or a relaxed meal. The food is solid--nothing overly fancy, but it delivers on classic pub flavors. Service was friendly and quick, even when the place got busy. Whether you're grabbing a drink with friends or looking for a cozy pub experience, this is a solid choice. Would definitely return!
