Good place to stop by for a pint. Not crowded at all on a weeknight plenty of seating. Just make sure you like 70s disco cause that's what they play!

Cozy little pub that has good fish and chips and mushy peas from a tourist, has all your traditional things you want to see in an English pub. During the summer it had a really good summer drink, I think it was called a pimms pitcher we shared with the table.

I probably would've give this restaurant four stars if the service was speedier. The restaurant is understaffed. We were told that a big takeaway order was just placed and we had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. Once that time passed we were then allowed to order which took another 15 minutes. By the time we got our food 30-35 minutes have passed already. Perhaps there is only one chef in the kitchen. The long wait was a one point deduction and they also ran out of potatoes which is another point. There must be a high demand for baked potatoes at this restaurant. The food was decent. We ordered the steak & ale pie and chicken & mushroom pie. Both order came with a mash and steam vegetables. The meat inside both pies were nicely seasoned with a nice crisp crust. It was pretty tasty when topped with the side of gravy. There is a wide variety of beer on draft which will go well with the pie. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating as well. Hopefully they'll stock up on potatoes and up their staff next time around.

Medium-sized pub so you have a seat to sit in and a table to place your drink on. Sometimes it's nice to rest your feet instead of having to stand in a crowded place (i.e. the tube, or a small pub). This place also has some pub grub - but what I like most is the friendly staff and the easy-going atmosphere.

I had the vegan chickpea, red pepper & hoisin burger.

Nice and quiet pub at 3:30pm. As soon as happy hour started at 4pm it started to get crowded. Nice staff, plenty of beer on tap and lots to chose from on the menu. I ordered the vegan chickpea burger. It was okay. I had one at another Arms and it was amazing!

We stumbled upon this pub as we were out and about trying to find pub food after our visit to Kensington Palace. We initially tried to go to the Queen's Arms down the street but found it too small and too packed. We had a baby and a stroller with us, so we required somewhere a little more spacious. The fish & chips was good but I wish their cask ale selection was bigger. The service was fine, and the restaurant was clean. If I was a local, I might have more to nitpick about, but for a tourist, this pub was perfectly fine.

Great local pub. Decent music and adequate seating. Have not had the food in years so unable to review the food.

This place is just ok. In a pinch you can have a decent, quick meal but it's not somewhere I would make a point to stop at in the future.

We had a lovely meal of fish and chips here. It was our first night in London, it was close to the hotel and the food was delish!!

It's at the bottom of a Holiday Inn, or at least, it appeared to be that way, and was a strange mish-mash of a pub. I think it was trying to feel like it was really old, yet it had the strangest collection of furniture and decor. We had a blast making fun of this tavern. Tables were laid out in sort of a weird fashion and at first we were really close to this group of 20 somethings that were fairly drunk and really obnoxious and a woman who was sitting by herself at a table for 6 who was reading a book while her food sat off to the side. The drunk group left and it got nice and quiet and so did the woman who had a better table than we did so we took her table. Nothing we drank was anything we'd ever come back for. There are way too many good pubs in London. Unless everything else is closed and this is the only option, go elsewhere!

The food looked (and smelled) good but it was only liquid libations for us. Great staff, everyone was friendly. Not sure what the thing about hotel guests only is, I'm sure there were other people here and they weren't checking for room keys.
