The toppings are yum too. The ramen noodles are springy, settled in a savory light broth. For a non-prestige grade ramen, I have no complaints. I also want to acknowledge the lovely hospitality. My child was in a tantrum-y mood and went to sulk by himself in a corner. Seeing the pouty little grump in a small fit, the girls at the counter coaxed him over with ice cream and stickers, which he of course eagerly accepted, pleased by the attention and confection, and was soon back to his endearing self. My food takes around 15-20 minutes to be ready, which is very reasonable. I haven't had any issues with the service here. They are efficient, pleasant, and always get my order right. My favorite rolls are the spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and eel & avocado. The fish to rice ratio is perfect. They pack your rolls with a huge portion of fish.
