I initially wanted to come here and talk about how I got overcharged by $300 at their booth at Bubufest. But then I went down a whole rabbit hole of why you shouldn't do business with these guys. They are very shady business men. The owner, Nelson, is a reseller who uses bots to get items (Pokemon TCG, Pop Mart, etc) and resell for a profit. He opens the boxes and claims all the best value figures and cards, then sells the common ones to unsuspecting shop customers. Then when he has too many common figures and cards, he offloads them in the form of "conventions". It's the best scam: charge people an entrance fee and still overcharge people for common boxes that are worth much less online. This is why his cons are every 3 months. This is the best way to offload common figures while still making money off of ticket sales and up charges. You will not find any secrets or valuable cards at Fugitive Toys. The boxes and packs have all been resealed with the rare stuff already taken. If you want to resell your funkos, they will offer $1 or two, then turn around and resell for 6x the profit. Nelson is notorious for kicking out people from his conventions. Multiple people have come forward with talking about racial profiling and Nelson using poor excuses to kick people out of his conventions. See one story below. People have also complained that vending there is not worth doing there. Sales are slow and the vending prices to secure a spot are $300 to $700. That's a lot higher than more established conventions. Hype Con and Fugitive Toys are both also very disorganized when it comes to their schedule as well. At cons, their doors never open on time. At fugitive toys, they will close on random days without warning or note. Don't support any Hype Con hosted events, and definitely don't do business with Fugitive Toys. They're scam artists, and they need to be investigated. read more

I love this place! If only they were open for more than just a couple of days in December out of the entire year ): The shop is kind of small but, surprisingly, extremely organized. You'll be able to find the pop you're looking for without much effort. Everything they sent for my $114 order came in damaged because the ship stuff with cheap paper and didn't protect anhthing seperate so they came in damaged... They should know that if the order is shipping across the US that they should protect everything seperately... This is very upsetting... I can't believe I wasted my hard earned money at this place... I definitely won't recommend this place for buying funko pops... And now I'm worried about my second $120 order... I was away on a family trip when I received there pre order for chrome flash funko pop exclusives. Packaging was good and they were put in soft protectors but inside of the protectors both pops were damaged. When I contacted customer service they informed me they won't do anything about it because I didn't notify them within the three days that they were delivered. Allow me to reiterate that I was away on a family vacation. I even showed them my flight info and still they wouldn't accommodate. What kind of business is that? Im so unhappy and surprised they would be so bad at customer service. And now I know to never order from them again as well as a family member who owns a collector store will also know and spread the word and learn from the poor poor customer service I received. read more

A little hard to find but the address on Apple Maps is correct! Just make sure to look for Suite A! Didn't expect all the figurines they had, but my boyfriend and I were amazed by the selection that was available! I bought 2 Tokidoki Cactus Cats (forgot the real name) and he bought 3 Funko Pops which we have never seen anywhere else. The prices were reasonable and affordable for the types of figurines we found and the shop owner/man working there was friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much, we will be back again! read more

I really want to give Fugitive 5 stars buuuut, that short chubby Filipino guy just about ruins every encounter I have had with him for like the last 2 years. He always gives off this attitude like he doesn't want to help you. When I ask to see other a different box of something, he scoffs and then takes his time getting it. Like damn brah, you don't need to act like you're better than everyone. Yesterday at SVCC, I asked him to grab two different pops so I can see them in person. Mind you, they do a really good job of hiding any box imperfections with pop protecters. Being in box pop collectors, my bf and I decided to pass on them. We left and later came back for another pop we had our eyes on but wasn't sure about buying at the time. When we came back, we asked him if we can see the pop(which was $100). Dude literally scoffed in our faces and got the pop. Since it was a pop that we really wanted, we decided to buy it. Homeboy forreal gave us this doucheass smirk and legit only looked happy when I handed him the $100. Really dude? Wtf was that about?? Next toy show you guys are at I'm asking someone else to help me. Everyone else that works or helps out there has been really nice and pleasnt to work with, except the 1. I am a huge fan of Fugitive and when their store opened during the Christmas holiday, I had to make a detour and stop by the their shop. The store is small, but well organized and clean. Everything was straight forward and all pops were priced. The staff was helpful in finding any pops that I was looking forward and efficient during check out. I ordered 4 funko pops for my grandsons birthday on 9/10. I emailed them on 9/19 since he still did not have them. (No phone number to talk to someone. oh they have a number but no one answers it). Now it the 24th and I have not gotten a reply and my grandson has not gotten his present. I don't trust a store that will not answer the phone. read more
