We were told they would communicate with our project manager to get the correct parts. It's been a week now, and I still haven't received any ETA or update on when the new parts will be delivered. I've been told by our project manager that her manager will be reaching out to me with an update days ago, and have not heard from him/her. The lack of communication and clarity is very frustrating. Strongly advise against their custom shelving unless you have flexibility to have the room unavailable if measurements are inaccurate. I will say the store manager, April, has been very nice to work with and have no problems with the store overall, but it seems the custom shelving is a completely different department and have had no luck communicating with that department.

I sat lucky because oohing and aaahing over their cashmere and alpaca sweaters and cardigans, my eyes felt to a table piled high with soft cashmere scarves! I immediately picked it up and couldn't believe the plushness and softness of the scarf! This scarf could easily run $600+, at Neiman Marcus, or more, if it was from Loro Piana. Definitely going home with me! I also saw a Pendleton sweater, appropriate for the cold weather. Lina said they also carry the famous Pendleton wool blankets but they had not arrived as yet. I'll look forward to the Pendleton blankets. Among the small selection of mostly Japanese tableware I spied a blue & white square porcelain jar that seemed to be missing a top. I kept going back to it and finally added that to my purchases. It kept calling to me. It could be used as a writing instrument or brush holder, or Even as a small vase yo fill with some bright posies to brighten a tabletop or desk. BHL also had a nice selection of plush, thick, warm bathrobes, along side the select bed linens. This store is a place where you might find an interesting and eclectic piece to complete your bedroom, table top or living space. Perhaps completing the tableau. After talking to a few different firms, Kanika Design just felt like the right fit. Kanika really listened to what we wanted. I've always been a bit nervous about using bold colors, but she pushed us (in a good way!) for a deeper color palette in the main living areas. It looks incredible. Kanika found us so many unique, high-quality furniture pieces that you just won't find at a big-box store. The biggest thing for us was logistics. Once the design process completed, their team handled everything - architectural, permit headache, and construction. Anyone who has done a remodel knows things never go 100% perfectly, but whenever an issue popped up, they were on top of it immediately. They kept the contractors moving and kept us updated on the budget and what was happening next. It's a relief to finally be done after 2 years and have a home that feels like us but way better. I can't recommend Kanika and her team enough. We're still obsessed with how everything turned out.

DONT DO THAT. They make a BIG fuss. Just order for pick up and wait for your ready message or go in store to pick it up yourself and buy at the register. Anyway, apart from the lady in the black apron making a fuss, this experience was top tier. We knew exactly what we wanted and knew the store was closing soon so my husband got the flat bed cart thing and carried our one year old straight to the back corner with my son following behind him. They left me in the dust because I am heavily pregnant and was waddling. Every store employee we passed told me "we're closing soon" so when I saw my husband up ahead walk past a worker and the worker look back at him, turn course, and begin to follow my husband I thought "we better hurry up" this guy is going to tell us they're closing soon but nope! He was soo nice! Asked us if we had questions, helped my husband load our flat bed cart because we were getting twelve boxes of 12x36 tile, got a forklift to pull out the boxes in the back and walked us to where the grout that was in display is located. I believe his name is Luis! Thank you Luis for a wonderful experience. We're sincerely sorry if we got you in trouble. You didn't know we ordered ahead until we got to the register. If anything this man deserves a promotion! Top tier customer service! Also, we hurried to this location to get the tile we wanted because it was $30 cheaper per box than the location by our home! Thats why we always make the trip to this location.
