The menu: roasted garlic w/ crostinis, calamari sautéed w/ white wine & garlic, Cesar salad, prime rib, sea bass, halibut, basmati rice & roasted potatoes & tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious! The team was awesome- they wore Hawaiian shirts, were very friendly, chatted with the birthday girl and the all the guests, cleaned up their area & the kitchen. Off to College BBQ in the Park Jerry is a gem. Not only is he super nice and responsive, the food he prepared was delicious! My family hosted a BBQ in the park. Fuget About It prepared the Ribs, Chicken and Macaroni salad. The smoked ribs were meaty, tender, seasoned well, and BBQ sauce was perfect on the side and Jerry gave us mild and hot sauces so folks could use what they preferred. The smoked chicken was equally well-prepared and the macaroni salad was fresh with a good balance of ingredients. We received nothing but compliments from all of our guests and to top it off Jerry delivered on time! The entire process working with Jerry was amazing from start to finish. Fuget Catering did an outstanding job for my daughter's outdoor (due to Covid) baby shower. To keep down the number of guests gathering at one time, we divided the guests into two different groups - one mid morning and one mid-afternoon. Really appreciate how Jerry divided up the food for the groups so it was easy to serve. Food was delicious and plentiful! Everyone commented about how much they enjoyed it. Jerry is excellent to work with and the food he has brought is great!! We have had him cater our son's birthday party each year for the past couple of years and we have been very happy with the food--the taste and quality! The prices have been more than reasonable. We also never have had any issues with having too little food which is certainly something that you never want to have happen when hosting a party. All of our guests are able to have seconds and thirds without hesitation and there's plenty of leftovers to go around. We have had his bbq which is delicious--highly recommend. I had a party for my husband 50th birthday and contacted Jerry for catering and couldn't be more pleased. He answered my call right away and helped me with the menu. Jerry has catered many of the high school crab feeds I have attended over the years and the crab, pasta, salad and tri tip has always been fantastic. This time he catered for my best friends son's high school graduation party. He did a classic taco bar complete with rice and beans. The flavor of the chicken and steak were superb. Just the right amount of spice. And if you wanted it hotter, he provided finely chopped jalapeños that my husband loved. The cotija cheese he used was much better than the standard Shredded Jack and cheddar. Homemade chips and salsa were delicious. You couldn't eat just one. Jerry caters a weekly breakfast meeting that I organize. Before we found fuget about it our breakfasts were in a word sad. Wilted fruit Safeway bought yogurt and a box of meh pastries. When I started running the meetings I decided it was time for a change. Jerry and Fuget About It came recommended so I gave it a whirl. Best decision I ever made.... Not only do we get different breakfasts bug they are FRESH ingredients and delicious. Last evening we had the most amazing meal prepared on site by Jerry! My husband works for the Hayward Fire Dept and their tradition is to host your last dinner before retiring. We knew immediately that we would have Jerry prepare the meal. We met with him a couple of months ahead of time, prepared the menu together and the night exceeded my expectations. Jerry catered my 60th Birthday Bash. Very impressive. He built a kitchen in my side yard to cook fresh on the spot. The food was excellent. Guest gobbled up the appetizers- bacon wrapped scallops, chicken pesto sliders, Caesar salad on a lettuce wedge and spicy prawns. His bartenders were professional (Mike was having so much fun that he continued to serve us until 1:00 am. Jerry had told him his shift was finished at 11:00 pm). He did a great job so we called him for my second son's college grad party for 70 last month. I do not know where to begin. Jerry and his crew were absolutley amazing. Our wedding was on Sept. 2, 2017 at Delta Diamond Farm in Isleton. It was by far the hottest day of the summer. The food to my famiy and I was one of the up most important aspects of our wedding. We wanted nothing but the best and that is what Jerry came through with. My dream was to have our guests arrive and smell the BBQ going. Jerry arrived at the venue before anyone and made our every food dream come true. Our food was cooked on his 18 foot smoker and oh boy, was it amazing. Ur menu consisted of try-tip, soked chicken and smoked ribs. The sides were procuitto green beans, baked beans, macroni salad and spring salad with the famous rasberry vinergarette. If you are in search of a caterer Jerry is you guy. Excellent service, Great Guy. After reading so many positive reviews I decided to call Jerry for my son's graduation party. This was the first time I had used a caterer for an event at my house. We invited about 30 people and wanted a classic taco bar style meal. The menu he suggested was perfect for our group and came complete with warmed tortillas, two types of meat, rice, beans,chips, guacamole and all the extras you can imagine.
