Had a cigarette butt in my food. OK, super disgusting, but I get it, life happens and mistakes are made, but when I confronted them, instead of 'no questions asked for a new meal' they argued that it was something I put in the food that that could not happen. After 10 minutes of argument and convincing them that the cigarette could not have come from me and witnessing their cook come back in from his smoke break, they refunded the money, but made no attempt to make a new meal, say sorry or anything. btw, cigarette butts are not healthy in food. read more

They've got amazing gluten-free pancakes with a light maple syrup that pairs really well. A tasty steak and egg burrito filled with avocado and a veggie fresh sweet potato hash served with turkey sausage. The place smells amazing the minute you walk in! They've got customizable meal prep options with an amazing selection to choose from. The freshly baked gluten-free cookies are delicious too and they've got a couple of different fun flavors. Good food quality, but pretty expensive for what you get. We spent $28 on two wraps. Seems a little steep, but they were pretty tasty.

Feels like I just took really good care of my body. Eating here feels like you're making a really good decision. The food tastes healthy and the service was attentive but not overbearing. I liked the Monster Bowl and would come back again. After eating the bowl I ordered a coffee, they didn't have an option for no milk... Just a funny fact. Food is super solid, and great if you're careful about macros. We had a Hawaiian chicken sandwhich and a FK burger with sweet potatoes. My bison burger was delicious and I would 100% recommend. The hawaiian chicken sandwich was okay, but the chicken lacked seasoning and the pineapple was not even close to ripe. If you're looking to eat healthy and get a quality meal or protein shake this is a great spot. If you compare it to unhealthy versions of similar foods you may be disappointed in the flavors, but you can't compare that. read more

Healthy food prepared right. I recommend the Salmon with Teriyaki sauce. The Salomon was better then any salmon I ever ate. I loved the side of Quinoa, it's not over cooked. The only problem was the serving of Quinoa was literally maybe barely 1/2 cup. The meal consisted of 2 items Salmon & Quinoa with tax between 12-14 dollars. I expected more Quinoa. Tried this place out while company with food allergies was in town. I was definitely underwhelmed. I ordered an FK bison burger that was cooked to my specifications of medium rare. However it was bland, the egg on top was a funny consistency, piece of cheese, one tomato and some sprouts. Nothing spectacular for the price. I asked for a lettuce wrap but I got some giant tough romaine pieces not the fresh, easy wrap with maybe some local greens I was expecting after all the clean eating hype. I literally could've used this lettuce to fan myself or swat a fly. Finally, my side was sweet potato wedges which were actually seasoned and diced and arrived lukewarm at best but quickly became cold. I can't see myself returning. read more

Was really disappointed. Took my family last night, 5 kids and two adults. This was my first time eating at the newly revised fresh kitchen from when it was protein house. Spent $113, kids ordered burgers. I was astounded at how flavorless the burgers were. At one point I wondered if we were actually eating beef ( we were). My daughter ordered Caesar salad chicken wrap. Just ok. I ordered the 801, eggs on muffins with avocado. Again, where's t My wife ordered a bowl. They had run out of carrots so it was literally lettuce, chicken and tons of chopped cucumber. We had eaten at protein house a half dozen times. My wife and I purposefully talked the kids into going to protein house instead of in n out burger. Two and a half hours after this meal, we ended up at McDonald's. The idea that a $2 McDonald's double cheeseburger had more flavor and juices than a $15 burger at Fresh Kitchen is fairly astounding. This is not the experience we had previously when this place was protein house. Either the staff for the night forgot the value of seasonings or the name change included a change in quality and focus. Too bad. We loved this place when it was protein house. read more

The ingredients and potential are great but the food is variable for the price. They consistently overcook the salmon so it is almost inedible. I asked for them to cook the salmon on my dish "rare", not so well-done and it was over-cooked even more!?!!!!
