With no success myself I paid a professional plumber to come out to unclog it but they were not successful. They were able to locate the area of the clog but could not get it out. Fearing a collapsed concrete sewer line, I got a couple of quotes which were going to be super high If the company had to dig it out ($4500). since I knew most of the cost would be to dig the dirt out around the pipe, I got a laborer to dig it out for a day to save money and took a lot of pictures and got bids. Because the swing in prices was so big I called over 20 plumbers and some gave me quotes with just pictures and some said they had to come look. Bids were all over the place and some places bid low and tried to back pedal and told me it was going to be a 2-4 hour job or half a day and materials on top of that. After doing my due diligence brewers came out and did the job in 40 minutes and were in and out in time to watch the Seahawks and get into Feast mode. These are down to earth guys with fair prices and they are honest workers. They will he getting many referrals from me any chance I get. I was very happy with everything from beginning to end and would highly recommend to everyone.

You use a code to get in and out of the buildings and the property. The staff is there during business hours unless they are helping somebody on site. The site manager is very helpful and thorough, she has a natural gift for problem-solving! I also interacted with Linda several times: She walked me through all my options, helped me pick the right size of unit(s) - I had 2 of different sizes - as well as change the locations of my units. When I had movers on site, Linda helped me deal with the logistics. Fantastic service all around! Highly recommend!

The large 3-load machines cost $3 and I bring some quarters from my piggy bank and run a load every so often. It's pretty quick and I can run the load, dry and leave in about 1 hour. This is good place if you live within a few miles of the location as I wouldn't drive here from long away for a laundromat. Another plus is the Salmon Creek Cafe is just beside this place and you can get a coffee + apple turnover or eat breakfast or lunch at the same time if need be.

They took 2 weeks to replace it, even though I was initially told it would take a few days, and the issues persist. I have called many times to reach a lovely lady in the office and, on occasion, a confrontational man, using the number hyperlinked on their site. I notified them after paying almost $500, the issue was not fixed, and I found a screw in my fridge in my garbage disposal. Alex reached out and apologized for the screw, saying it was part of the replacement, but according to GE diagrams, that is not true. Alex asked if I wanted to be added to his schedule to put the screw back and further diagnose, to which I said yes. I have not heard anything back, even after reaching out again. I have given them plenty of time, and we have been going on for a month without a resolution, but they got their money. Do not go to them if you have an electronics issue that needs to be resolved. They will take the money, not fix the issue, and make you out to be the problem. I will edit this review and update it if they fix this.
