But they told me I have to come back later. My time and my gas money wasted. They don't care. They do this at Radom. No website notification no organization. I refuse to go back. My stuff will now go to the dump. We donate the goods that give them a paycheck, a job, job training and they refuse the the goods that employ them. Bad choice management. Not smart. It makes no sense to turn away the gold that give you a job.

Rates increase in over 30% without any notice and rates "could not" be readjusted. Disappointed as I had other storage options to choose. *In reference to the response provided here. I was informed to reach out to the number below and they couldn't do anything and requested me to check back again to the storage location...so I was basically put in a loop with no resolution.

They didn't get Into ours... yet, but tried. Did some damage to our door with some sort of crow bar. We have decided to find another storage place as they don't seem to be interested in improving security. The thieves did get into nearby trailers and did some extensive damage. The owners weren't notified for several days. No one from the company has notified us that there have been break ins. We had to hear about it first hand and I'm sure others were broken into the night this damage happened. No notification to come check to see if we had been a target.

Well, this place is close to where I live, clean, no smells, staffed and normally busy which is a good sign. The large 3-load machines cost $3 and I bring some quarters from my piggy bank and run a load every so often. It's pretty quick and I can run the load, dry and leave in about 1 hour. This is good place if you live within a few miles of the location as I wouldn't drive here from long away for a laundromat. Another plus is the Salmon Creek Cafe is just beside this place and you can get a coffee + apple turnover or eat breakfast or lunch at the same time if need be.

Since he did a good job with my TV repair, which was done under warranty. This has turned out to be a massive mistake. They said it was the blower fan. They took 2 weeks to replace it, even though I was initially told it would take a few days, and the issues persist. I have called many times to reach a lovely lady in the office and, on occasion, a confrontational man, using the number hyperlinked on their site. I notified them after paying almost $500, the issue was not fixed, and I found a screw in my fridge in my garbage disposal. Alex reached out and apologized for the screw, saying it was part of the replacement, but according to GE diagrams, that is not true. Alex asked if I wanted to be added to his schedule to put the screw back and further diagnose, to which I said yes. I have not heard anything back, even after reaching out again. I have given them plenty of time, and we have been going on for a month without a resolution, but they got their money. Do not go to them if you have an electronics issue that needs to be resolved. They will take the money, not fix the issue, and make you out to be the problem. I will edit this review and update it if they fix this.
