In the slower summer season they do dim sum all day and evening (what a treat!) and in the winter they do dim sum till 4pm and hot pot in the evening. Even people not into duck still think the rose duck is amazing. The west lake soup, lamb in two ways, fresh shrimp with peppers, all very tasty. The shrimps are very nice and fresh.
